Received 1 E-mail confirming payment, with no business contact number.
Just a link to track delivery Went to link updated that - it told me they had delivered 2hrs earlier!
Nothing arrived.
Went back on site to check contact
Sent an e-mail - nothing
Sent a second e-mail -Nothing
And nothing received since - not even an acknowledgement e-mail.

Ordered a sofa. Received confirmation email with links to both my order and their website, which on the day of purchase worked. I went back to the email 6 days later as I hadn't received any more correspondence. None of the links worked anymore (it just takes me to a "Sorry something went wrong page"). I tried emailing the contact at the bottom of the confirmation email, but it bounced back. I am now 10 days round from the purchase and still no product, no correspondence, and no means to contact them. I have been scammed and would warn anyone else against purchasing with them.
