I brought an Edea bag and a pair of figure skates there and they are all so kind as the tracking was wrong I sent an email and they replied super fast and said there sorry for the confusion and it will arrive today! Love the shop 100 recommend x

Sent me old Rollergards (which I paid £65 for!) with yellowing wheels, totally noticeable and should never have been posted out! Despite them confirming they do refund return shipping - and my following their ‘WE ADVISE YOU USE A TRACKED SERVICE” not only did they withhold the original shipping until I questioned my consumer rights. Conveniently they forgot. They then said they would only cover the return shipping had I used their label - yet they advise you to use your own tracked service, Interesting that I am asking for £4.25 yet they charge £4.95 shipping - so obviously their shipping cost is inflated to make a profit if it’s such a big deal to refund you less than they charge.

willies your staff have been so helpful to me recently, 1st time in the nottingham store a few weeks back we visited before a camp the store was closed for a refurb and my daughter needed new shin guards and the member of staff still let me purchase them and was really patient and knowledgeable in helping my daughter get the right size etc
secondly i was at ice sheffield yesterday for my daughters trial and she had a broken stick the staff member even though the store didn’t open until 11am helped and let me purchase the stick straight away around 10ish when he arrived you really helped me out by doing that and much appreciated

Great shop and helpful staff - ordered online for my son and also visited the Coventry shop. Very helpful. Only suggestion is to get some signage, took us a while to find it.

Customer service is excellent. I bought Graf 500 ice skates for my daughter. One of the laces was shorter than the other. I emailed them and they replied promptly and I received the correct size laces within 48 hours.

They seem to have more items in stock than the other ice hockey online retailers. I've ordered from them a lot of times and they are always quick and helpful.

Very fast delivery, and unlike many companies didn’t charge a silly amount of money to deliver to the Highlands.

I've come back to hockey after a 15 year break. I bought a new stick and shoulder pads and they came very quickly which was brilliant in itself. But recently I realised I needed a new helmet. I rang the store to ask for some advice and the chap on the phone could not have been better. Simply first rate. He listened to my requirements, my spending limit, and recommend a helmet to suit that was below my budget. He wasn't trying to get more money, he wanted to give me what I needed. I won't buy equipment from anywhere else. Simply perfect service.

Absolutely superb customer service from Willies. The man I spoke to was knowledgeable and cheerful ( doesn’t sound important but I think it is and it really made my day to speak to someone who was happy in their job and who wanted to give 100% customer service) . I order 2 pairs of figure skates for a birthday present and returned one. They were quickly refunded within a couple of days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willies to anyone who needs any equipment for figure skating or ice hockey. 5 star service!
