Avoid if you don't want our experience

We ordered a 124 piece set of silver plated cutlery by telephone after seeing everything on their website. Promised delivery dates came and went. The only contact was by telephone - seldom answered and then more broken promises. Cutlery was eventually dispatched in dribs and drabs. Several pieces had to be replaced because of shoddy finish. More delays. We never got a finished set and had huge trouble getting our money back as the phones were never answered. Eventually had to do so via our credit card company (who were brilliant!). A whole year of misery and stress. Avoid.
