Will not be perchance from Williams Handbaked again. Found the millionaire short bread too sickly greggs make better and wasn't impressed with the tray bake fruit slice or Eccles cakes.

Every item ordered was superb quality, just placed another order and can’t wait to get tucked in.

This is a brilliant company. Great for gifts. I ordered a gift yesterday evening in a rush put wrong delivery address. I emailed immediately and again this morning. Rory emailed straight back saying all was fine and gift was on its way to correct address. A personal service from a company is rare these days thank goodness for this one.

Excellent service from ordering to quick delivery.

Keeping the high standard of your biscuits

I bought some eccles cakes at our local garden centre. I sadly seem to be out of sync with most reviews but i found them so dry they were really diifficult to eat. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Afraid i wont buy again

Following this review i was contacted by the owner/manager(?). He was concerned and after an exchange of emails I recieved a lovely box of more eccles cakes ( and a few biscuits too!)
These were far superior and juicy as i had originally expected. I can only assume that I got a rogue packet or the retailer hadnt stored them properly????? I was impressed by the bakerys attitude and as i am very keen to support small businesses will, as from today buy again! thank you Rory

I’ve ordered from Williams Hand Baked for a number of years now and they’re consistently excellent. Great customer service, beautifully fresh products, and everything tastes amazing. I’ve also sent items as gifts to friends and they’ve been just as impressed. Highly recommend

I cannot say these hampers were good because that would not be true. They were excellent! They were gifts for friends and hard working hospital staff who looked after my wife. Without exception, they all said they were the best they had ever had. Only problem was they were so good , they had problems to stop eating them!
