Terrible company. Their adverts clearly take advantage of vulnerable pensioners who spend their hard-earned money. My 87 year old grandmother was misled by their adverts and bought a set of clothes for £50. The quality was not what she expected at all. Upon trying to get her money back, as promised on the website within 30 days, the website suddenly says in the small print that it will cost between £17-30 in postage costs to RETURN PLUS the potential (likely) cost of customs (Despite it being free to recieve the product!!!) That places the money she would likely recieved back if they "Accept" her return, in the realm of £50 anyway, making any return meaningless and simply paying back the money she will lose from returning it. Ridiculous. Terrible to clearly target the old and vulnerable, who are not as well versed in spotting the signs of scammers! The website is clearly designed to trick even most above 40.

Dreadfully cheap and nasty looking trainers. Completely underwhelming! Return process complicated and looks to cost the equivalent of the £45 I paid for them. As another reviewer has said lesson leant and DO NOT BUY from these people.
I will be contacting consumer rights as the trainers look way different when they arrive for sure!

The trainers are atrocious.
The return service is even worse and have been offered a 10% discount to keep them ! Or return to China.
Absolute sharks.

I sent lots of photos of packing etc and they agreed a refund when they received them back at the warehouse in China!
What about the address in London?
Needless to say the utter hassle of customs forms and paying up front for postage ensures that we don't bother.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Normally I would research but on this occasion I didn’t. They are cheap scammers from China, for returns they will try anything and then you can only send returns to China.
Do not use them.

I do not recommend you buy from this company. The quality of my shirt was very poor; realistically it’s not feasible to return the item as they seek to charge between £17-30 shipping costs plus potentially customs charges.

I am angry, as was another reviewer, that I didn’t check here first.
Zero quality. Intend giving the items to charity but feel that is an insult to the charity too

The only upside is they are very polite as they explain the process 🤷‍♀️
More of my pension wasted on online sales with no Credibility. Why are they not checked before being permitted to sell on social platforms

They are not based in London.
They do not sell quality clothes.
Clothes come from China in a plastic bag.
No makers label on the items.
Photos in advertisements are not the item you receive.
Material is cheap and nasty.
No cuffs on the blouses.
No tailoring.
A fortune to return so not worth the cost.
Refuse to credit you unless you return goods at your expense plus duties.
They are a scam company misleading people as to what they are buying.

I wouldn't buy anything from this site. The sneakers are cheap and mine came up small so couldn't wear them... trying to send them back and you have to send to China address which costs a fortune. Offered practically a free pair and to keep the ones that are too small!! A rip off company selling cheap and nasty sneakers that look fine on the advert. Shocking and shoukd not be allowed.

Appalling! Wish I had researched before purchase. Took ages to arrive, tried to get you to download an app to track delivery, product awful, and tried for refund and return but they want £30 plus customs charge to send back. Has put me off buying off ads forever.

As with all reviews for this company, they are selling absolute poor quality goods, bought the trainers and even before I opened the packaging they smelt overwhelmingly of plastic, so wasn't suprised when I opened the package to see a pair of trainers I wouldn't even spend £1 on.
Come on FB there must be some way of getting this site taken down, or are FB earning just as much as this shyster company.

As the previous customer I took wish I'd researched before buying. Trainers looked good on photo but shockingly cheap and nasty. Didn't even try them on. Was offered a return at cost between £17 - £ 30 or could choose something else free with a fee of £9-99 for delivery. I declined options. Lesson learned

I too should have researched this company. Blouse sent was shoddy. On asking about returns I was told the cost would be between £17.50 and £30 plus customs fees. This company trades under the name of Williams London but is probably from China or somewhere. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Avoid!

Paid £34.95 for a jumper which was guaranteed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days, kept tracking the order only to see it was being shipped from china, when it eventually arrived the quality was diabolical, cheap and badly made contacted the store immediately but they refused to refund

Wish I had researched this company. My so called orthopaedic sneakers arrived today. The material is cheap and stiff the footbed is so hard. I only tried the left shoe on and had to take it off immediately, my arthritic toe is still throbbing, from trying it on, after 30 minutes ago. After reading reviews I’m not holding out for a refund! Lesson learnt though. But how can they get away with such blatant false advertising ?

Thought I was buying quality. Should have done research. Certainly won’t be buying anything again

This company should be called Williams of China. My order took over two weeks to arrive. The trainers were reduced from £80 to £40. They were incredibly poor quality and size 6 was nearer a size 5. Far too expensive to send them back so they've gone to the charity shop unworn.

The impression from the adverts etc implies that this is a UK business.
The order came from China and took much longer than expected to be delivered. Revisiting the advert it says it will be despatched promptly. It does allegedly leave the warehouse in 24 hours it then took 20 days to arrive.
The fabric feels cheap and the sizing is wrong. Ordered a size xxl and could barely get it over my shoulders.
Apparently it going to cost me almost the same to return it as it cost to buy it.

It states easy and guaranteed returns and refund but they try to offer an alternative at extra charge or to return to item it costs an extra £15-£30 which is shocking. Absolutely rip off
