Been using company for a few years now, lately noticed no winnings and suddenly been told I'm not eligible for bonuses no proper explanation customer services very rude! I think what they really mean is put money in your account let us rip you off or your no use too us

Absolutely aweful!! Took my money for years but stopped me doing all my promos with no valid reason why!!! They just take take take!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!

Mite aswell just set up an account where william hill just take money as a direct debit instead of wasting time playing they can just take the money like there goin 2 anyway

Not happy can't have my freebies when I contact customer service they useless been over a year now and still can't have freebies why It's so wrong really is wrong I miss out on freebies even tho I put money in and get no freebies totally not happy with william hill no reply prove william hill don't care about there online members still no reply proves they dont care at all

TP we really need a zero stars option. Contacted WH on 1st Sept with query. They started an "investigation". 8 weeks almost up and zero response. They simply couldn't care less. Let's hope the GC care more. Read all the reviews, why would anyone want to join WH, their behaviour is deplorable.

Quite disheartening given deposits and play. Absolutely no reward/free spins or such and when contacted chat they’re very quite happy to just lose what I thought was a loyal client. Just taken aback really given it’s such a big site and yeah clearly nothing but a number. For one lost customer they get probably 100 new ones so clearly they’re not arsed :(

This site just takes and takes, took my money back out after puttin 200+ on and its now in the bin. Scam

They have clearly changed the RTP due to the fine they received last year. I wouldn't bother wasting your money, you've got absolutely no chance until they either go bust or recuperate their loses.

Absolutely awful fraudulent company. I haven't broken any rules but they terminated my account. They won't give me a reason for it and won't let me try to defend myself to regain my account again. I'm now struggling to get my funds back that were in the account. Don't fall for their promises of fair betting. It's not fair in the slightest. There's much better betting sites that don't decide randomly to terminate your account for no reason. All other companies would tell you they've decided to close your account because of reason X or because you had broken rule Y but no. This company will terminate your account, give you no reason and make you jump through hoops to try to get the funds in your account. I am 99% sure they will keep the funds that were in my account.
I beg of you, do NOT bother with this company. Go anywhere else.
I have spoken with their customer services, Mavi is who I spoke with and they were no help. They just kept telling me they are not going to give me a reason. They just decided to close the account. Even the supervisor Ralph wouldn't give me a reason. Worst customer services I've spoken to honestly and I've been to places where the staff are teenagers who don't want to be there. At least they were more helpful than William Hill!

What can I say? The worst online casino company you could ever gamble with. If you ever have an issue or problem the staff they are rude, unhelpful and end the chat before anything is resolved. Absolutely disgusting for a company with such a high profile. Never will I waste a penny with them again

am telling u not to play this stupid site needs closing down its a disgrace to society i put 600 pounds on big bass hold&spinner game do u know what didn't get one scatter not one gold coin or diamonds all it gave me was 20p for a pound ago disgusting the government should either stop gambling joints or either close them down if there not going to pay out

Stopped me playing the free game answer was review said I was using the free game and it was not responsible gambling.
I could still play other premonitions one is play £50 we give you free spins this is classed as responsible gambling complete joke

A poorly run company, all you have to do is read many of the thousands of reviews to see the problem everyone is having.

You win big and they will make you jump through a thousand hoops and all your personal ID to even have changed to get your winnings.

I have had similar experience, poor app experience as well.

Settled my winning shop terminal bets as losers and then forced me to hand over my ID to settle them correctly.

When playing and using promotion I opted in to deposit. The design of the website you have to opt in to allow for the deposit option to become available from said promotion. Completed the required wager but no spins were added to account. I contact them but they tried to state I hadn’t opted in. I helpfully demonstrated that it is not possible to deposit from the promotion without opting in to begin with. They told me the promotion had expired. Helpful as I am I again provided evidence that the promotion was still active and in fact did not expire until the next day. I was told to read the terms and booted out of the chat: it seems that they won’t admit fault, don’t know their own systems and can’t comprehend evidence that proves they are in fact incompetent and at fault.
They are falsely advertising to draw in custom to then lie and cheat to prevent them from fulfilling the agreements and terms of their promotions.
