I won't be ordering from here again. Ever.
I purchased some ornaments from this website. When they arrived, they were much lighter weight than I had envisioned and were not nearly as elegant as I'd imagined from the website pictures. I thought they were overpriced for the quality and requested a return. Their website states that they want customers to be happy, and if you aren't pleased with your purchase, just let them know why when you request a return. I sent them a note saying that I would like to return the ornaments. I received a VERY curt note in response telling me that there would be a 20% restocking fee, which isn't mentioned on the website and pointing out in capital letters that the ornaments looked just like the pictures online. I didn't say that they didn't. I just said that I didn't care for the ornaments after seeing them in person. I'm keeping the ornaments, since with the return shipping and the surprise restocking fee, I decided it's not worth sending them back. This was a very disappointing first (and last) experience in shopping with this company. Clearly, their website policy is in conflict with how they actually conduct their business.
