Service is terrible, delivery times are shocking

Took nearly two weeks to come. T-shirt labeled as 100% cotton feels and smells like polyester.

Ordered an XL and received a Large. Tried to email to arrange a refund and have heard nothing back. Very disappointing.

Delivery did take a few days but team were helpful and responsive on social media and I loved the shirt when it arrived. Would definitely buy from here again

My boy and I ordered the mystery gift & he ordered 2 and I ordered 1. We both got the same top. He got the same top twice. The Tee is nice but we knew William Giles just give everyone their last bit of stock.

Amazing products from the mystery sale. Slight hiccup with postage but they were helpful in sorting it out. Will Order again in the future 100%

Parcel has been sent but the delivery that I paid for I need to now pay more delivery as the parcel hasn’t had enough postage paid for on it. So I have to wait longer and still hadn’t come through. Complete faff !

Haven’t received order which was placed a week ago with 48 hour delivery

I was worried about ordering due to some of the reviews. However, my order came quickly, and the clothes are excellent quality.
I would order again

Same issues as everyone else ordered on 11th December was told on 8th January will receive order within 2 weeks. One month after that and several emails and messages on social media was told will get a refund yet nearly another 2 months later still no refund even my bank have turned around and told me they can’t do anything. Absolute joke, don’t understand how the company is still running, disgusting service. Taking peoples money and not fulfilling orders. When I comment on there social media posts to ask for help or to state I am still waiting for my order still - they delete the comments. Disgrace.

Returned my shirt as didn’t fit as expected, messaged them several times on email and instagram. Ignored every time haven’t issued a refund

Would rate zero if I could, most unprofessional company ever! After waiting 3 weeks for my order and returning within a few days of receiving it, still haven’t had any refund 6 weeks later! After many attempts at contacting their customer service I have heard nothing back! Dont order from here! Vile company
