Terrible Service and delivery takes 2/3 weeks +

Service is terrible, delivery times are shocking

Ordered an XL and received a Large

Ordered an XL and received a Large. Tried to email to arrange a refund and have heard nothing back. Very disappointing.

Summer Shirt

Delivery did take a few days but team were helpful and responsive on social media and I loved the shirt when it arrived. Would definitely buy from here again

Same issues as everyone else ordered on…

Same issues as everyone else ordered on 11th December was told on 8th January will receive order within 2 weeks. One month after that and several emails and messages on social media was told will get a refund yet nearly another 2 months later still no refund even my bank have turned around and told me they can’t do anything. Absolute joke, don’t understand how the company is still running, disgusting service. Taking peoples money and not fulfilling orders. When I comment on there social media posts to ask for help or to state I am still waiting for my order still - they delete the comments. Disgrace.

Would rate zero if I could

Would rate zero if I could, most unprofessional company ever! After waiting 3 weeks for my order and returning within a few days of receiving it, still haven’t had any refund 6 weeks later! After many attempts at contacting their customer service I have heard nothing back! Dont order from here! Vile company
