Byers Beware!!! The doll I received today is nothing like the picture on the website. The doll is sub-standard, her face has been drawn on and the clothing is different (cheap) and mass produced. The cardigan and scalf are very badly finished and the cardigan is more like a coat. The pocket on her dress is only half sewn on and the edges are fraying. The dolls body is thin not as plump as in the picture on their website. I was lead to believe the doll was coming from America and a thin bag arrived today from China, very misleading, shame on you, your taking people's money and not providing the goods.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter and the presentation box as well. When it arrived, the box was not as pictured and the doll did not come with the accessories that it showed in the picture. No where does it say that the accessories (toys) were not included. I contacted the customer service team who were most unhelpful and told me that the bow was different due to an international order! Would not accept that the dolls are misrepresented and offered me some money off vouchers. As if I will be spending money with them again!

Not at all what I expected. I bought 3 dolls at $34 a piece and later saw them for $10 each. They are poorly made! The faces are hard, the knitting is terrible, they look like they were thrown together and the hair it nowhere close to the picture. They also have an odor to them I also was wonder the assumption they were American but no they weren't. So very dissatisfied in these. Got take to be very honest.

Just received two dolls in the post, and I must say that, for the price we paid (about £30 each) I do think they represent reasonable value. They have nicely knitted clothes on and are very sweet. We are pleased with our purchase.

I unfortunately fell for the beautiful dolls represented on the website and purchased one as a gift for my niece. What arrived bore no resemblance to the dolls on the site. Very poor quality, mass produced not hand made at all. The doll was not as represented on the website. There is no address for returns and no contact number.

I recieved a very cheap doll it doesn’t match the dolls they advertise on there site .I am very disappointed for that reason i will not give any star .

Unfortunately I had placed 2 orders with this company before I read these reviews. Once I had read them I contacted the company to say about these reviews and that if the dolls were not as the pictures I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund . I had an email reply to be patient waiting for delivery and there would be options if I wasn’t satisfied. One of the orders arrived today and I was appalled at the poor quality and one doll was totally plastic. There was no excuse for this as I had got in touch with them before the items had been dispatched. I shall be contacting trading standards as this is gross misrepresentation of the goods advertised. I have emailed them regarding this and await a reply.

This site is clearly a scam their site clearly states the doll is made from wool with stitched eyes but I received a nasty cheap plastic junk doll they are using pictures from other sites .

My review is a negative star. The photo shows a rabbit and dog with the doll and doesn't state they aren't included. On closer inspection between the photo and doll, there are dissimilarities in the knit booties and the dress and scarf. Packaging was in a plastic mailer as I didn't purchase the box. This is clearly not the quality product I was expecting. I wrote to the company and was told dog and bunny aren't included...false advertising on their part.

I’ve only left 1 star as can’t put none ! Received a similar looking doll no box it is not what is shown in picture ! There is no way I would of paid more that £5 for what I’ve received let alone £40 …. Do not buy is all I can say

Plastic dollies and nowhere near waldorf dolls. Cheat!!!!!!!! No natural materials, the pictures in the advertisements are fake. Me and my friends bought dollies for Christmas. Money down the drain!

Beware of this site. Its a chinese company which just send you plastic rubish. They change the name when they get to many bad rewieves. But the pictures they use are the same. Made the mistake to buy from them.
