Quick delivery and great communication

Shopped on the Internet for best prices for Pro Chlorine Pac and seems cheapest isn't always best when you don't receive everything you ordered.Ordered 3 Pacs and only received two. Sent emails several times to support just to be told they will pass it along to their warehouse, apparently besides not being able to count to three, warehouse also doesn't get back to anyone. For now on I will make sure to use pool companies I am familiar with and thank support for doing absolutely nothing to resolve this.

I had ordered the wrong item and realized it almost immediately, i called into the service department and they corrected it quickly and i received the right material within a couple days.

Great experience, the product arrived and worked as expected.

BUYER BEWARE! I Purchased a filter basket and they emailed me that I would have to pay more for shipping to complete the order. Lots of false advertising around the website, do not be deceived by their low prices!

Order was fulfilled quickly and the product was exactly like shown on the website.

It was nice to find the filter I needed in stock. Though I wish there was more to the description of the product. It helps customers ensure the product they want is what they’re getting

Item was received in a timely manner and was as described. I noticed that the rubber/plastic grommet where the wiring goes in is broken so won't stay in. Not sure if this will cause an issue over time with moisture getting inside. I am going to email company to ask about options. So far so good though.

The item I purchased was exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the timely delivery.

It was a nice valve but I ordered a 5" suction cover on the website and a 4 and7/8" cover came out. I called and was told to send a picture of the cover, label and box.
Now I'm waiting for the 5" spa suction cover to be delivered.

There was a leak coming from the fitting and tube connection on one end.
I had to call and Reggie the connection.

Wild West provided a replacement model for my hot tub topside controller. It was delivered quickly and works great. Thank you Wild West for your help!

Circuit board burnt-out after 4 months. Told me to return for warranty, returned had to keep calling to get replacement. They refunded $ but I had told them I wanted replacement. They said they didn't have any but their website clearly said they did. Lost $60 in deal, never buy from them again. 4 star ratings are fake

While Wild West pool supplies appears to be a decent company, it often uses an undependable shipper (USPS). My spa has been down for three weeks due to one of the parts having an illegible shipping label. It was "lost" in the automated system. After the expedited shipping timeline had expired, I requested that a duplicat part be sent "overnight" as I require the hot water therapy for my injuries. That request went ignored - on several occasions (I suppose that the customer service department was afraid that I would expect for them to honor (kinda) their commitment. Parts were ordered on 2/3. It is now 2/25. Still - nothing and their epedited shipping (which cost extra) states 2 - 5 business days...
....That having been said - The part finally arrived and I was able to get the spa-pack installed only to find that the new spa -pack bundle (that was also ordered) was not functioning properly. after a tremendous amount of research and a great deal of time on the phone with a Gecko Tech, it was determined that I had received a faulty unit. After conversations with WWPS's CS department and the false promises that I was given, I bought a new unit from another vendor. I will initiate the VISA dispute this afternoon. Oh BTW Mark, since you are aware of the problems with USPS shipping as you state in your response, why do you still use them?

Buy an item online they charge me and then they tell me they do not have it in stock. Common sense tells you if they do not have it in stock they would not have it on their website and charge my credit card.
The good thing is Paypal ruled against them, showing they are a bunch of scammers and return my money. Do not trust them.
