I have been going to Heath Roberts at Wild Romance for over 10 years. He started out with Oh You Pretty Things, the shop he still owns on the other side of Spuistraat. Both shops are owned with his business partner and fellow hairdresser, Clint Dunlop. Both were educated and rose through the ranks of expert international hairdressers in Australia before moving to The Netherlands.
Heath is an amazing hairdresser. He works pure magic. All the shop’s hairdressers are excellent. I have also had marvelous haircuts from Clint. My friends also go to Eyup, Daniel, and Mel. But all the hairdressers are excellent. Clint and Heath only work with the best.
The shop is cozy and clean, and you are greeted with offers of coffee, wine or beer.
They use excellent products from Australia such as Nak and Orilab.
The prices aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The experience and skill of their hairdressers speaks for itself. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair until I started going here.
