After spending $300 on two pairs of jeans i’m far but disappointed, as someone who wears a standard size 28! why were both pairs of jeans completely off with the sizing? this is ridiculous never again.

This is the first time I ordered from Wild Oak, and the quality is outstanding, and returns and exchanges were easy and free!

They couldn't deliver to my PO Box and they sent me a personal email to let me know and get a different address. They replied back to let me know that they would change the address and my package would be shipped out immediately! I thought that was pretty awesome!

I love the styles and selections. They are easy to work with on exchanging sizes. I only wish they weren't out of stock for my size so much! I'm a 1. Jeans have been true to advertising! Great quality!

Still haven't received my jeans. Order was to be delivered Dec 27th. Tracking says arrival now Jan 3 but shows its in another country so no way it will be here today.

Jeans are great quality. Shipment arrived timely. I had to return one of the items because my daughter just didn't like the flare on one pair but the return process was very easy and quick. We actually traded for a different style which was also easy. I recommend ordering from Wild Oak Boutique.

The jeans didn’t fit as seen online they were much wider then shown. I’m thinking now it’s the poses the ladies are in.

Worst experience! The jeans I ordered were too big, even though they advertised as true to size. I asked to exchange for something else. I had to provide pictures for proof that they had not been worn, washed, or damaged. I did that and they were accepted. Then when I tried to exchange online the site said rejected. I went through customer service several times with them assuring me it would go through. Finally, after several attempts, it did go through on the site. I exchanged the jeans for a different pair that also were advertised as true to size. Again, they were not and ran too big. Because the first exchange has been such a hassle I decided just to keep the second pair. Then over a week later, they emailed me an invoice and said the return of the first pair had been rejected. So now I have to pay for both pair even though they have the first pair back! They circled “wear” on a picture of why it was rejected, even though what was circled was not there when the jeans were returned!

My ordered item fit perfectly and arrived very quickly. I absolutely love the jeans. I’m so glad I found this company.

They don’t accommodate refunds, they only do exchanges, so I had a credit to use. I ordered a shirt, and firstly, the cost was astronomical for the quality of the shirt. Secondly, the color and fit was different than the photo on the website so it barely fits. It is also very scratchy and cheap feeling fabric. I am very unhappy with the second time I’ve bought something from this shop, I will not recommend it to anyone and will not bother returning/purchasing anything else.

Received my jeans. Nice quality and fit! Relived them pretty quickly and we exactly as described!
