Sent Expired Raw Organ Treats and Ghosted After Promised a Replacement.
I ordered from this company and received my order on 3/21/26. I immediately noticed that the freeze dried raw organ meat treats sample bundle didn’t have an expiration date on any of the bags. Upon checking the full-sized treats U bought, it showed that they expired a month prior. I also noticed they’re not made in the USA, which is my fault for not verifying that information (which they don’t make easily/readily accessible).
I immediately reached out to the company the same day (21st) and gave them the opportunity to rectify the issue. I didn’t hear back. So on the 30th I reached out again and didn’t hear back again. So I reviewed the products and pointed out the issues with my order on their website. Unsurprisingly, they reached out after that on the 31st.
This was their response;
“ Hi Lo,
I’m really sorry about this and I completely understand your frustration, especially with the delay in getting back to you. That is not the experience we want you to have.
I also want to reassure you that the treats themselves are completely safe and fresh. We had an issue with an incorrect date being printed on some of the packaging, and I’m so sorry for the confusion and concern that caused.
We truly want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase, so we will be sending you a new batch of treats at no cost to you.
If you can please confirm your order number and your preferred shipping address, we will get that sent out for you right away.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right. We really appreciate it.
Best,
Daniela Vargas

I responded the same day (31st) three and a half hours later, with the requested information.
Then I heard nothing and received nothing. I emailed them on 4/7/26 for an update and received nothing response. I sent my final email today — a month later, since receiving my order.
I’m sharing this to warn others because I know people trust what they order, especially from a raw pet treats company, is going to be fresh and don’t think to check the expiration date.
There’s obviously a lack of Quality Control even IF the alleged misprint were true. Not printing dates on the sample bundle packs would make it impossible to rotate out old products. Then the fact that they’re imported adds a whole new thing to worry about, especially when they’re being sent to and resold by a company who lacks Quality Control/Assurance.
For obvious reasons, I’ll be contacting my bank to dispute the payment.
