They advertise small regular size Wings!
They advertise small regular size Chicken Wings. However, don’t believe the hype! I ordered chicken wings from them. They are frozen, and they are huge, I hate these wings. They deliver them. I got a text, saying if I wasn’t satisfied to contact the driver. I called that driver within 5 to 10 minutes. Phone just rang rang rang. So I replied back to the text Because I don’t want these big wings. No response back from my text call back from the message. I left on the voicemail. Don’t buy these wings!!!!!😡
Prices are extremely competitive and…
Prices are extremely competitive and even cheaper than big chain markets on fish, especially wild caught salmon, most cuts of beef and pork, chicken breast is by far cheaper at WildFork than any stores in my area. Huge selection of stuff to choose from on the website.
I've been ordering for 6-7 months, my orders are packaged well, frozen with dry ice, and within the delivery time they state when you place an order. I haven't had any complaints
The meat they shipped wmy orderas total crap…
The meat they shipped was total crap all fat and grisol contacted wildfork they won't respond at all.wont spend another dime with wild fork.ooor customer service poor quality meat.
Horrible
Horrible! Food was badly freezer burnt!
Customer service did provide a refund after I sent pictures
Excellent Meat Very Happy
I've been ordering from Wild Fork for over 4 years and can honestly say I have never received an unsatisfactory cut of meat. They always deliver on time and the products in the box are frozen solid.
Also there is NO SUBSCRIPTION, you can order whatever and whenever you want 1 STEAK, 3 STEAKS it doesn't matter.
Company has gone to fecal matter.
Company has gone to 'fecal matter'. I ordered $198 worth of products. They billed me $330. I have been using them since 2018 and had never had an issue. I understand the discrepancies in the weight of meats when you order, may be like a few dollars 20-25$ is ok, but 130$ difference in the check out price and what was billed to my card. Not only that I was billed twice. The excuse I was given was inflation and prices have changed. Bye Bye Wild Fork. P.S. I called twice, first call was overseas with an indian accent. I had to call a second time to confirm.
I purchased meat that was said from…
I purchased meat that was said from Argentina. Since the meat in Argentina is high-quality, antibiotic-free, completely natural, after a conversation with customer service it turned out that the meat is produced in Nebraska, which means it is full of antibiotics, and certainly not grass-fed.
fraud!!!!!
Prices are a little high, but products are good
Prices are a little high, but nice selection of items and we've been happy with the things we have bought here, including the salmon, frozen spices, and desserts. I can't speak to their other meats but we've been happy and in-store the service staff has been helpful and stores very clean.
Have ordered from them a few times
Have ordered from them a few times. They also have excellent customer service.
Great Quality, great selection, great pieces…
We have a brick and mortar Wild Fork store in our neighborhood, and we love it. The prices are hard to beat, and almost everything we tried so far, which included meats, baked items, and seafood, was excellent quality. The Wagyu ground beef is about half the price of the local grocery store, and better in quality. The sausages are generally a bit unseasoned. The seafoods has been incredibly good. Plus, the store employees are always super friendly and super helpful. We get all our meat and seafood from Wild Fork now; the quality we get for the cost is hard to beat.
Excellent I recommend but let's get a fixed income combo going
On Cpp disabilty and on a fixed monthly income but I have to say the prices and the value for money that I saw on my order of only $56 and the quality and minimum prep work to use the products I ordered well worth it and this purchase did not take me outside of my food budget for the month. So this shows some hope for persons like myself to maintain some dignity and proper diet in the face of the disastrous prices at the grocery store that makes it impossible to have a well balanced diet. Maybe a box geared to people on fixed incomes would be a hot seller and might help in these times.
Great Variety and Great Prices
I've been ordering food from Wild Fork for about two years and have been very happy with the great variety and the GREAT prices. I was a member at that time which helped tremendously with the shipping costs. As of July, my zip code is no longer eligible for membership so now the really great prices are kind of negated by the $29.95 shipping fee. I plan to still order from them because I love their food, but I just won't be ordering as often. Always been happy with everything I've ordered.
Nothing Good to Say About This Business!
Not only was I disappointed in the quality & horrendous customer service but the company itself is literally everything that’s wrong about commerce in America.
It’s a subsidiary owned by one of the largest meat packers in the world- JBS. Profit seems to guide everything they do.
I have no problem with companies making however much profit they can but not when it exploits everyone involved in the business.
Their sourcing & processing methods are disgraceful. They encourage irresponsible stewardship of the land & water where their meat is produced. They abuse & basically blackmail farmers. Employees are treated terribly & in the end the product sucks to boot.
Even if they gave away their products for free I wouldn’t buy them.
A new store opened in my area & I tell everyone I know to boycott their existence here. JBS & any service or product they’re tied to should be shunned.
If you buy from them after learning all this, you should be ashamed.
The meat needed to be fresh
The meat needed to be fresh. I wrote them that the meat was spoiled, and they simply ignored my claim.
The meat did not smell bad, which question with what they cleaned it, but the flavor was terrible. Three out of my five guests got sick.
not interested in their customers
they have zero interest in treating customers as individuals. It doesn't matter that I won't be home at 9 in the morning to get my order, they refuse to deliver it later. It took weeks for someone at wildfork to reach out to me after I asked that my situation be escalated, this is the response:
"We have followed up with our delivery partner regarding your request to adjust the delivery window to match your availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or adjust the delivery time frame beyond the standard 9-12 window the drivers for this delivery platform could potentially even delivered later than 12 due to issues out of their control so we want to always make sure that the order is delivered that same day that is being expected."
I was spending about $400 a month with them. Now I will have to shop someplace else
Their orders keep getting stolen by…
Their orders keep getting stolen by UPS. They should be shipped in unmarked boxes. I called them to report the incident and to try to get a replacement order sent. I ordered numerous steaks and seafood for a party. I had to buy local with limited quality. They said it would be about a 10 day replacement lead time. I asked to speak to a manager and to this day (30 days) ....nothing
Bloody mess !! My last order took over 5 days to…
My last order took over 5 days to deliver. Replacement order coupon didn't address the lower sale price on the original order, and the next SEVERAL COUPON CODES were INVALID. Got a total refund. After several calls for different coupon codes, they sent me a "complimentary" replacement order....partially.
Ordered 5 items and received 3.
Since it was "comp'd", the order wasn't over $35.00 and couldn't be replaced. They never failed to "SCREW THE POOCH" !!!
Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address - texted delivery person who did not respond in the "29 minute window" - contacted customer support and I was told to "add clearer notes to my delivery instructions" -- oh ok, like - DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS? BRILLIANT!
I wont be ordering again - took 40 minutes to go find my package at a neighboring business.
I love Wild Fork
I love Wild Fork! There's a store 5 minutes from my home in Cherry Hill! But I would never order anything there sight unseen. Between Costco and Sam's, I've learned to be discriminating of what I buy from Wild Fork! I love their trimmed packard brisket and their three bone plate beef ribs. But I always examine what I'm buying! Costco has meatiest & best priced pork ribs & oxtails. Oxtails from Fork aren’t too bad either. The key of shopping at Wild Fork is being able to examine what you are getting. I love the store but I'm blessed to have other alternatives where I can compare.
PLEASE follow advice of reviews for…
PLEASE follow advice of reviews for this company!!
If I could give this company "-" score I would. I placed a relatively large order from which I believe was being delivered from the store in Cherry Hill, NJ (about 15 miles from my home in NJ). I was then notified that a driver had picked up my order from the store in Willow Grove, PA (60 miles from my house in a neighboring state!!). Needless to say the driver has had my order in their car/truck for over 2 hrs and still no delivery. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Wild Fork failed miserably. I have requested a refund and will take my business elsewhere.
