Terrible communication
ordered a case mid january, they emailed saying due to high demand it would ship before the end of February it is now march and 4 weeks since I last heard anything and yet still no case. I don’t even have the phone anymore so by the time I do (if even) receive it I’ll have to request an exchange and see how long that process takes. Save time and don’t buy from them.
Overpriced, Poor Quality & Zero Accountability—Avoid!
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Wildflower Cases, especially considering the high price of their products. I purchased the Camera Bling Silver case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and within a short period, the crystals began falling off despite minimal use. Given the premium branding and cost, I expected a product that would last—yet this case barely held up.
When I reached out to customer support, I was met with a generic, dismissive response telling me that my case was outside the 3 month warranty (by a small margin), meaning they refused to offer a replacement or refund. Instead, they provided a laughable 10% discount code (WF10%OFF, if anyone actually wants to risk it) as if that would make up for their lack of quality control.
Wildflower prides itself on aesthetics, but if a case can’t even last a reasonable amount of time without falling apart, what’s the point? Their refusal to stand behind their products shows they are more concerned with taking your money than ensuring quality.
EDIT: A reply from Wildflower has been added where they confirmed the warranty isn’t even 6 months but rather 3 [THREE] MONTHS. So definitely avoid this company!

Shipping takes forever and customer service non existent
Shipping takes forever and customer service not existent. You call the customer service phone number provided and it’s a freaking voicemail. Ordered 9 days ago and still waiting for the label they created to be transferred anywhere. I keep getting emails - It’s ready, it’s on the way, it’s shipped..Said 3-5 business days and still nothing to track. Already didn’t want to spend this much money on a phone case for my kid, the least it could do is arrive when promised. This will be the last one from this company.

I had a small problem because my order was pending but at the end it arrived with no problem, and also, i got emails for everything, so I didn’t had problems.
