Terrible company. Shipping took 2 months. Sizes are not correct. Shipping to return was half the cost of the item, so they requested $20 more in shipping and just keep the wrong size and they will send another one. I'm a fool... I did it. 2 months later... NO new jacket. Customer service sent me to file an insurance claim. Just awful.

WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Worse quality clothing I've ever seen. Pictures look phenomenal but real deal looks nothing like pictures. Sizes are way undersized. Ordered an XL, it looked like it was for a kid. Would not refund and wanted to charge$180 for return shipping. $300 down the drain.

Total garbage product. The coat that came is printed pattern on cheap cloth. Printed as in not real fabric. Will not return unless I send to China at my cost. Offered a 10% refund. $7 of $70
Big scam!!

I received a sweater I ordered and tried it on. One of the 3 button holes "came apart" immediately - basically just a hole in the sweater, without protective thread around it. I emailed wilderness.com to return it and they asked me if I wanted to keep it with a 10% discount, or return it to China (yes, China) at (my) considerable expense.

Chinese vender without disclosure, lousy products, not true to size, return most go to China at consumer expense even though they have a processing division in CA.

Total scam! I ordered a coat and they sent me a button down shirt. I've been going back and forth with Jean but it seems all they offer is a 30% refund. Will never order from this company!

Like all the other reviews on here, I wish I could give it a minus 5 stars.
Whenever I look at products to buy I always read reviews. Of course, all the reviews on the website have 5 stars for all the products which should have been a red flag right there. So obviously the employees or the owners made up bogus reviews. Of course, I wrote a super negative review on the website but oh, surprise, surprise, it wasn't posted!
It's so disgusting to me that they can get away with this sort of scam. I wish there was some sort of way that the better bureau could get involved and I'm going to pursue it.

received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. like others, I'm in contact with Jean who has tried every trick in the book including fake tracking info and stating that maybe my neighbors took the other items! wow

Poor quality items. If you try to return it they will make you pay for the shipping to China or a 10% refund.

I order the clothing based on the site. I waited for an email confirmation upon collecting and processing the payment. After waiting a few days, I emailed about the status of my order. Someone by the Name of Jean responded to an email that my shipment was delayed and promised to return the expedited fees. I placed the order on Nov 5th, and the goods were received on Dec 1st. The quality is terrible, and the size is supposed to be medium, but in reality, it is large. When I asked for a return label, Jean advised me to pay for the shipping or offer me a $10 curtsey refund. My suggestion: DON'T BUY - THEY ARE SCAM!

Wish I knew about Trustpilot before I ordered this. The company shipped way too small a size and the product was nothing like advertised in the picture.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They take nice looking garments and do cheap ugly Chinese knockoffs!!… what I was sent I would not wear to a dog fight and customer service is an absolute joke!!

Return policy is a joke. Cost to return item is more than cost if the item. Not a cooperative merchant.

Never purchase from this website. Absolute scam.
The clothes looked nothing like advertised and I have been emailing back and forth for a month about returns.

I keep asking how to move forward with a return and they keep asking me if I'm sure. I'm at email #7 almost a month later. No progress made.

I am being generous with one star. No confirming email of any kind. The sweaters don’t fit. I don’t even know how to contact them to begin to get a refund or return. SCAM!

This company is a scam, the quality of the clothing is nothing compared to the website, and they sent me only one item instead of 2, and never responded to my emails to customer support. There's no number even to call them!

Horrible quality, actual fabric and jacket look nothing like the pictures, dreadful fit. Clearly the reviews on their website are fake.

Have emailed about returning it but have doubts that I'll hear back after reading the reviews here.
