beautiful flowers, beautifully presented and delivered on time (ordered from abroad).
Really disappointed in a very expensive bouquet. It was small, the flowers were old and my daughter was not impressed. What should have been special was not. RIP off.

I bought the smallest mimosa bunch. It was a generous 10 sprays and amply filled the recipient's vase, as well as scenting her whole room.
Stunning flowers sent and Wild at Heart were so helpful and accommodating when I sent an email requesting to change the delivery date at the last minute.
I ordered a bridal bouquet, buttonhole and bud vases for my small intimate wedding reception from Wild at Heart. The flowers exceeded my expectations. The order arrived on time and well packed. The entire experience was stress free. I highly recommend this company.
Easy order process, and the flowers ordered were exactly as depicted on the website.
Furthermore quality of the roses has remained in tact.
I do not accept your response as the order was placed well in advance of Valentine’s Day. We stayed in until 8:30pm in the hope the flowers would arrive. They didn’t and instead we were late for dinner!
No one has yet reached out to me as they said they would. Nikki Tibbles and her team used to be good, I fear they have seriously taken their eye off the ball.
To anyone reading this simply go elsewhere for far better service and better flowers!

I have been using wild at heart for Valentine's day since 2013. This year is a total disappointment. The quality of flower and packaging doesn't justify the price.
Disappointed.

The bouquet had arrived very early in the morning. The flowers looked so good or even better than the picture as displayed.
I thought that the bouquet was very underwhelming for a £200 price tag.

The team is always ready to assist and give suggestions when one is not decisive.
My husband arranged to have flowers delivered to me as a surprise on my birthday while I was visiting London from the US. Not only was Wild at Heart the only florist to respond to his requests, they allowed him to complete the transaction entirely by email. I received 20 of the most perfect stems of freesia, beautifully wrapped and fragrant to brighten a cold February stay. I was thrilled and he was, too.
Apologies but you delivered two days late after the requested date which was my wife and I anniversary. You also delivered to the neighbours four houses away and we were not notified until we chased for the order. Finally the bouquet delivered didn’t really match what the website showed.

Disappointed…this was a birthday present for my wife
Flowers arrived late so didn’t arrive on her birthday.
Also, extremely disappointed with the size of the bunch which was 110 pounds.
It looked much smaller than on the website and was wilting on arrival. 1 day later and many of the flowers and branches are already dead.
Such a rip off and I won’t be buying again.

Online order form is complicated if using Apple Pay. This resulted in half a dozen emails back and forth to rectify the problem.
Whilst the flowers were good quality and not your normal florist type, I personally thought they were over priced for what was actually delivered.

Flowers arrived well on time and the recipient said they were gorgeous- I did not see how large the arrangement was but I would hope that it was bountiful as the Florists Choice is quite expensive, and with a further delivery charge
