Not worth the price

I bought a £180 bouquet for my mum’s birthday and was really upset to receive a small, tired-looking bouquet. It was very disappointing, especially for such a special occasion.
I can only imagine how their “delicate” bouquet looks like.

Lovely but by no means as grand as was…

Lovely but by no means as grand as was expecting for the price - would expect to pay half for was was delivered - cheaper to get a florist to your home to make a specialised arrangement

Such a shame

Such a shame. I specifically needed these flowers to take to a dinner and confirmed they'd arrive no later than 6 (dinner was at 8). They didn't arrive until 8.15, by which point I'd left.

Didn't meet delivery date even though specified and confirmed weeks' before.

Partial refund was given after they initially offered just free delivery.
