Physical installation was well done and service working well.
Switching from my old provider has been difficult . Promise of hassle free transfer far from the truth. I have had to chase every stage of the process with Wildanet who although try to help don't seem to know what they are doing.
Despite being at home to receive delivery of the equipment for my landline the courier has taken it to a drop off point 2 miles away

Fibre has only recently come to our area and from the initial contact to the installation has been super fast and efficient. A sales representative for Wildanet made initial contact. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Then in less than 2 weeks we had the outside work done to provide the cable to the house and the router was installed and commissioned today. The installation engineers Chloe & Kai were friendly, efficient and extremely careful with our property. We are now getting 415 MBPS download and 90 MBPS upload speed in the small Cornish village of Darite. We are very happy with our new broadband and highly recommend Wildanet as a provider.

So just had are installation. So far the Internet is brilliant. Time will tell. But my only gripe is it took 2 months for installation. They had to dig up the road.on the second date where they get it in your house. The engineer comes with your router. So that's a good thing

I had wildanet broadband snd phone line fitted 2 weeks ago. Half that time no service.
Very difficult to contact out of hours service, just an email.
Engineers are great, just the kit, overhead lines can't be helping.
Im so disappointed with the service and ability to report a fault.

Engineers who came to the house were friendly and easy to approach. They spoke to my partner about where we wanted the connection to the house and answered our questions. The box went exactly where we wanted it, the engineers have done an excellent job of installation - tidy wiring etc.

Really friendly engineers with fantastic communication - called when they were on their way, had a good look at the best route to connect and discussed it in detail with us, let us know when the cherry picker was coming, and ensured the connection was up and running before they left. Our elderly dogs enjoyed their company and attention. Couldn't ask for a better service from the engineers!

Thank you to Derek and Jamie for saving the day. Our wireless Internet went down earlier in the week and they were booked into a repair on that today but instead came and did the final fix on the install for our fixed fibre really friendly gents and professional, thank you.

Installation followed a week after an on site survey and the service was running the same day.
The in-house equipment was carefully located to be almost inconspicuous.

So far so bad !
I have just come off the phone from Wildanet customer services now.
I signed up initially 2 and half months ago with the promise that it would not take till December for installation.
I have just taken a day off work for installation as it was requested someone should be home and I have been just informed now that I’m not required….!
This communication was the only forthcoming thing that’s been sent from Wildanet.
All other information has unfortunately had to be squeezed out of them through me calling them.
They say the delay has been due to gaining permission to run cables across public land (why sell a product that you know you can’t provide because you don’t have the permissions.
Also I’m at the end of my contract with Sky and currently paying over the odds for my internet service £50 so every month this roles on is more expense plus loss of a days work due to poor service is more than frustrating.
They have offered me one free month due to the poor service but this barely covers the costs of the transition so far !
