Wiingy has never interviewed me, I refused to be on the platfrom. I have deleted the account back in late march , to my surprise its active with fake reviews , a.i generated summary and false information. They stole my identity and support has not got back to me yet. Within a week, I will get legal involved if not addressed immediately.

I'm having a great experience with Wiingy so far. The platform is very easy to use, and their customer service is quick and helpful whenever support is needed.
My mathematics teacher, Aashima, and my chemistry teacher, Trusha, are both very friendly, supportive, and excellent at explaining topics clearly. They make lessons comfortable and engaging, which has really helped me improve my understanding and confidence.
I also like that the platform provides quizzes, learning materials, and flashcards. They only take around 10 minutes to complete but still provide crucial information and useful practice.

Wiingy is terrible.

They used a bait and switch tactic to get me signed up. I used SUPER PROF to find a tutor. They created a profile using AI. When I showed up to the free consult - they had me switch over to THEIR app, Wiingy - but this was AFTER the fact, so i had no idea the whole time.

I purchased 12 classes as a ONE-TIME payment - and instead, she signed me up for a month-to-month billing subscription. Once I saw that they charged me more than they were supposed to, they denied my refund.

When I asked for a refund, she told me they could only refund "active accounts". In order to re-active my account, she told me I needed to purchase ANOTHER month of classes, and THEN she would give me the refund (so basicall they were trying to bill me for two months and only offer a refund for one - how does that make sense).

My tutor was great - but the entire thing is so scammy and gross customer service.

Addendum review - I feel compelled to warn of the constant hounding by Wiingy once I finished my initial lesson block. They call constantly to 'discuss' signing up for more lessons. I have politely stated many many times that I will sign up for more when I am ready to do so and that I don't need to be chased to do so. I have asked them several times to stop calling and to remove me from their sales call list. I have blocked the numbers they call from but they use a different one each time. Such a pity as it puts me off using them again.
My original review - I've had a great experience with my Spanish tutor Paola. In 10 lessons I've learned more with her than I did in in 6 months of group lessons locally. I was initially hesitate about learning online but the technology worked perfectly every time and I could hear clearly. The co-tutor materials are helpful and the price is very fair.

Well matched tutor for my son. Been at it almost a month now. Consistent support both on and off lesson days. Excellent revision pack included with each lesson. Really easy to use. Exceptional teacher/tutor who cares and challenges my son at the right pace and level of his learning. Fun and friendly to boot.

I've had a few technical issues and difficulty reaching out to students about scheduling lessons. Other than that student interactions have been great.

Initial demos are taken care of and coordinated well.
Pay scale is motivating.
Customer service is world class!

The staff at Wiingy are constantly improving their service and platform. They are professional, friendly and are delivering a top notch service in the field of online tutoring.

Assistance to tutors is very good from some of the teàm members. It would be good if the help and support had a chat system with humans to answer specific questions. Thank you Wiingy

twice the demo went well, student asked for schedule more lessons, review was great, but a rejections follows after without any explanation on why. seems the problem was not on my side but on wiingy side on closing the deal. on top of that, because of these rejections you get less demos

I like the guides. They are extremely professional and understanding about the slight learning curve over learning the app. They are very good with potential clients and knowledgeable about how the platform works.

Good platform easily accessible

my tutor was shaksshi didwania. i failed my first anatomy quiz and viva, but with the teachings of shaksshi, i was able to pass my latest anatomy quiz and viva with flying colours. shaksshi was so helpful in her lessons, and even out of lessons. she always had a positive attitude, and believed that i can pass anatomy. she is truly the best tutor. her lessons were very educational, and made learning fun! she never judged me even if it took me longer to understand. outside of lessons, she was always avaliable for any questions i had. shaksshi didwania is the best tutor!!

I contacted the support team multiple times.They just ignore. The problems and issues are still not resolved. It affects me and my students
