The hair is lesser than several years ago. Also, some of
the clips are not clipping right. They don't work at all, so I have to change them.
Wish they can correct the mistakes.

The best feeling ever is being heard...I emailed them when I saw a coupon come thru right after I ordered a wig asking if I could get the 30% off and I actually heard from them. And she said YES!! The BEST customer service I have seen ever...I will be ordering another one in a month or so... and hoping for the same deal.

I have purchased wigs from your website in the past. This site always has a good selection of styles and colors so purchasing my wig was a pleasant and straight-forward process. The biggest concern I had about my recent purchase was that there were no pictures of a model wearing the hair color I chose or a more detailed description of the wig colors. I took my best guess and the wig color I chose was very unappealing on me so I regrettably had to return it.

Color was a good match but…
The length and color is perfect but it didn’t work well for me. It’s not enough coverage. I expected more “hair” for the price. That was expensive for so little coverage.

I've been wearing wigs for 20 years and just recently found Wigs.com. Their return policy is great...they refund 100 percent. When you place an order you can expect it within a few days. I recently ordered and returned two wigs then changed my mind about one of them. I called two days later and asked if they would return one of the wigs. Two days later I received it. Proof positive they are wonderful!!! Thank you so very much.

The Gabor wig I purchased was beautiful! Not shiny and the part looked real. I was so happy I immediately purchased another. I took it to my hair stylist to just shape up and we decided it didn't need anything . So happy. Looks like my real hair. Ordered it and it arrived very fast! I am a customer for life!
