Customer service was helpful and prompt when I had an issue with website function. Deliveries are prompt. With so many style and color options, and great pricing it's not hard to find something you like. But sometimes a color or style just isn't right. The return policy is terrific. Most products are returnable, and their pre-paid label option simplifies the return process. Acknowledging every step of the purchase and shipping-- or the return process --is reassuring.

Prices are great! I have ordered the same style Raquel Welch short wigs. Two extremely full,one too small, and the most recent one is snug plus it looks like it was professionally trimmed... very short all the way around. Too expensive to return.

I’m Always satisfied with customer service. Sometimes a wig doesn’t work for you. Care for it like the instructions provide in shipping. Then, if you don’t like it, return it. You will pay a shipping fee to send back but I feel that’s fair. It’s easier than driving somewhere to try on wigs.
