Long time customer
I have been a customer for a few years now. Lately the service has been slow and the price keeps going up. I do t understand why im still getting price increases when we have unlimited. Im seriously considering looking into better options for us because at 86 dollars a month I would think that we would have less lagging and less crashes.

EXCELLENT C.S. getting ROKU TV set up
I purchased a Smart WESTINGHOUSE ROKU TV for living room and had SAMSUNG taken out of living room and placed where older SHARP in master bedroom. I contacted Wightman yesterday, June 7, and spoke with MASON who was very efficient at explaining how to get both of these TV’s up and running. I had heard previously from a neighbour that it is more difficult to set up the WESTINGHOUSE TV for one reason or another. MASON was very patient as we went through the procedure 4-5 times until TV had volume and proper channels. Thank you MASON.
