Big fan of their bokashi bran, especially that it comes in paper not plastic. I've just replaced my cheap bokashi bins with this company's and I can already see an improvement in quality and function. I'm looking forward to boosting the soil health in my garden space throughout winter and into planting in spring!

Never thought I would be searching worms to buy on google, found this company, excellent website, very informative with clear guides. Bought 200 worms, arrived within specified time, well packaged and again clear instructions. All worms healthy and hopefully now happy in a new home, will use again.

Wiggly Wiggler's coir fibre blocks are always brilliant to have, for turning into multipurpose peat-free compost. I generally add equal quantities of sieved garden soil, mature compost from my compost bins, and some branded bought-in compost, and add in some blood/fish/bone. The box arrived promptly, and the only down-side was that it was leaking powdered coir fibre onto wherever I put the box: box not totally sealed because not quite big enough to hold all the blocks, which were bulging out through the parcel tape.

Excellent service is hard to come by these days, but the folk at Wiggly Wigglers have excelled indeed. I ordered my wormary and bokashi composter in the middle of our heatwave this summer, and they dropped me a note immediately to say my wriggly packet of worms couldn't be sent in the hot weather, but would be wrigglying their way to me as soon as it cooled down. The package arrived about a week after order because of the hot weather, and i'm loving my wormery and composter. Thanks guys

Ordering process & delivery excellent. I had a potential issue with the 2nd pack of worms in that they didn't seem to be moving at all (less than 24 hours since I received them) so mailed on Friday for some advice (not complaining, just asking for advice). 5 days later, 3 chaser mails and no reply. No phone number, no live chat so no other option than to come on here and give a negative review for the total lack of customer support.

@Rob - I replied to your 1st email at 9:14 and the 2nd one just now. I appreciate that my issue has been sorted out so quickly, but would like to understand why my mail from 22nd, and possibly the reply at 9:14 don't seem to be getting through to you. I'm sure that you would too as I'd never have posted this review if you had seen it on Friday.

The issue was that my emails were going to spam folder as shopify were routing it via the US (maybe CDN problem). Replacement worms arrived yesterday. Thanks for getting to the bottom of this Rob

Easy to order. Worms arrived after a couple of days. Excellently packaged and worms were in great condition when I opened the packaging. This is my second order and I would definitely keep returning to order.

We have been cutomers of bolashi bran for a number of years now after purchasing a bokashi composter from Wiggly Wigglers. The subscription service is easy to use (and to alter delivery frequency), and delivery is straightforward, prompt and arrives when it says it will. The bokashi itself is great - we add all our foodwaste and then add to our compost bin - especially as we don't have a local authority food waste collection service.

I order the live mealworms every year to treat the Robins in my garden who are feeding their babies. As ever , the worms came pretty quickly from order ( so you know to order the worms when you are around to receive them without waiting long periods of time ) Worms are suitable healthy and the robins are loving them . I looked everywhere for some garden worms for my raised beds that are built on concrete, stumbled upon these guys at wiggly wigglers, so glad I did! Received my worms today and they are now at work in the beds getting the soil ready for planting!! Would recommend and definitely use again!!

I've been ordering bird seed and grubs from wiggly wigglers for the past year and have it on subscription which works really well.The orders arrive on time and the birds love it. I recently ordered a lovely Robin feeder which comes with a lifetime guarantee which is brilliant. I feel they're quite a personal company who care about what they do and the quality of their products is excellent.

Just received my order for worm treat and anti acid pellets to keep my wormer in top condition. I’ve had the worm cafe for over 15 years, a fantastic investment for my garden and for the soil so I can grow great produce for my family. Great service and nice company to deal with- highly recommend!!

I have been a customer of Wiggly Wigglers for about 15 years. My robins, blackbirds, song thrushes and many others, demand only the best, so only Wiggly live mealworms will do. I have a regular subscription order, the deliveries arrive like clockwork the day after dispatch with a courier. Once my worms arrived in poor condition, probably overheated during transit, and they were immediately replaced when I reported the problem. Otherwise, the worms are fantastic and I have so much pleasure from offering them to my garden birds. They actually sit on the fence and look in at the window or greet me when I arrive in the car, to request that I top up the dish - that's how good they are.
I've had lots of products from Wiggly Wigglers over the years, various seed mixes, suet pellets and blocks, peanuts etc and also different types of feeders, and all has been of a high quality, delivered quickly and in good condition.
I have the strong impression that this business is run by people who are passionate about what they do and that they really do care about their customers. They have just started a loyalty points scheme, which is most welcome, and are currently upgrading the subscription system on their website, showing a clear commitment to customer service.
