Ordered a wifi booster pro with the made in England badge on the picture of the box as shown on the website and received something totally different . The item I received had Chinese writing on the front and even the actual product had a different name on to the one advertised on the website. I’ve just googled the one I bought and are available in the uk for £40, I paid £125.
Warning — don’t buy here.
I ordered from wifibooster-pro.co.uk and lost money on a poor-quality product that wasn’t as advertised. The company behind it (WIFI BOOST LIMITED) has been dissolved, and PayPal is currently investigating my case. Avoid this website.

WiFi extender

Really pleased with the performance of the WiFi extender. We now have strong signal in every room. Would certainly recommend if you have a weak WiFi.

Cheaper on Amazon, bad customer service

I purchased one of these wifi booster as I work from and had poor signal. I received over 2 weeks later and by then I had already purchased one from Amazon which was exactly the same product buy £15 cheaper and it arrived the following day.

Since receiving the item I have been trying to return it. The return isn't straightforward as you need to contact them which I have about 5 times and I have only heard back once but the response wasn't helpful so I am now left here with an item I don't no need and about £45 as I also paid for delivery.

Just awful, don't waste your money.

The product itself is abysmal useless…

The product itself is abysmal and completely useless, doesn't work in the slightest. To add to that no one and I do mean no one is available to help you, if you're lucky enought to get a reply they'll simply run you in circles and never give you a refund. DO NOT buy this it's putting money into a void.

Don't buy this product, it is a scam. Tried to configure the repeater mode, but webpage is not available and got a message that the domain may be for sale. €50 wasted.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Product did not work or represented the item and box being sold on their website. Wanted to return for a refund but then after trouble shooting and video requests, the item still didn't work. After many emails to return product. (24/7 phone number does not work btw). They went quiet and I realised I had been scammed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Company is a scam

Company is a scam , extender is not as described and does not work and description on the website is not what you receive , they then obstruct you trying to receive a refund and say they will keep 50% of the refund as a restocking fee. Avoid them at all costs

This company is a scam. Do not trust and do not purchase from them. No way of returning goods. Maybe AI driven from China I would think. The address is false. They are not a company to use at all

I SUPECT THIS IS A SCAM

I SUPECT THIS IS A SCAM
I ordered an outdoor wifi booster from this company. They sent the wrong product - something cheaper and less capable than what I'd ordered. They have no phone number to speak to anyone so I ended up exchanging emails in which they insisted I was at fault. I will have to seek a refund through Paypal unless this is resolved. I will update this review if it is resolved positively, otherwise my advice is tread carefully with this company.

Update: the booster stopped working.
I've raised the issue with Paypal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
