This is the biggest scam of the highest…

This is the biggest scam of the highest level to which governments need to notified and step in. Can't call them back, as it is a blocked number, continually calling me to provide me a with a full refund to which i told them to donate to charity as it wasn't required, this wasn't good enough and told me they would keep calling me and calling me and calling me until i did!! If i were a comedian it wouldn't be funny. A total disgrace on every front trying everything they can to scam you for anything they can.

What a shame Trustpilot doesn't give you the option of negative or no stars at all. For the record, i have never plugged it in and both are still in their box unused, yet the first batch of calls i got was to tell me about my internet performance! WOW!!

Report them to your local authorities as fast as you can and build the pressure for them to act.
GO NO WHERE NEAR THIS PRODUCT PERIOD.

I purchase my item 2 years ago

I purchased my item 2 years ago, found it was totally useless and sent it back to USA for a refund which I duly received, (I think I was lucky). They harass me constantly to tell me how to fix it. The latest conversation was the best, after I told them I had returned and received a refund, I was told I was a liar. I told them to keep my refund and spend it feeding their Elephants. They rang me again and told me I was a lying knob head. Totally a scam and untrustworthy

Wifi Blast is a scam

Wifi Blast is a scam
I bought the Wifi blast and never got around to plugging it in. I have had continuous phone calls telling me it wasn't configured properly and me telling them I haven't used it. I have called them out and told them not to call me anymore to no avail. I have told them that I no longer have the booster that I gave it away, and was still harassed by them. I lost it at them and told them not to call me back. I didn't hear from them in a few months and now they are calling me again offering me a refund, trying to gain access to my computer through team viewer. So again I hung up on them. I was told that they will continue to call me until I accept the refund. I told them to send me an email and they said they did 8 months back and they can no longer send that and the only way is this method. I said that I did the purchase through Paypal and they said that they are no longer dealing with Paypal and it has to be done this way. I said take me off the list, I don't want a refund and they still persist. All calls are coming up as private numbers so I can't block them and I am being harassed almost every day. Don't touch them with a 10-foot barge pole.

BEWARE OF WIFIBLAST

Further to our review of June 26, 2021we have received numerous calls from unknown callers who know all of our details of the WiFi blast transaction. They ask if we still have the product. We always advise that “We have dumped it because it did not work”. They then offer to give us a refund admitting that it was faulty. They then ask us to download an application that they will give us over the phone. We ask them to email us the details and we will download from the App Store. They then say they will call back soon. But of course there is no call back soon. Then about a month later they call again with the same spell. We give these scammers 10 out of 10 for persistence. DO NOT BUY WiFi BLAST the product DOES NOT WORK and to add insult the SCAMMERS try to get into your computer.

Scam calls for this product, DO NOT download remote viewer.

Bought this product a year ago, it never helped, put it away, forgot about it. Today get a call from an Indian call centre, saying it's been configured wrong and they are following up on previous customers as they have got a lot of complaints. They proceed to direct me on how to configure it properly, PC only, which doesn't work. So he asks me to download a program, I ask "Is this a program that gives you access and control of my computer?' 'No, sir, it's what we use to fix it.'
Please download remote viewer. Em, No thank you scammer, that's exactly what that program does, I'm not giving access to my computer to some random guy who just called me. Definite SCAM.

Yes I also know now it is a scam

Yes I also know now it is a scam. I purchased mine 2 years ago and found it did not really help my WIFI issues, so I boxed it up and put it away. About 6 months later I got a phone call from a blocked number with and Indian or Pakistani accent stating that I had not set up the Wi Fi blast properly and that they would help me set it up. I was away at the time and said that I would not be able to do any setting up until next week and to ring me back... they never did.
I have just had another call today from an Indian person, again no caller id (this is now 2 years after I purchased it) stating that it was not set up properly and that they would help me set it up again. I said sorry I do not want to use it and he said that they would give me a full refund. He passed me to his supervisor, also Indian who asked me to plug in the WiFi blast. I said no that it was not here so then he said that he wanted to send me some paperwork for me to fill out then they would arrange for it to be collected and a refund of $136.00AUD given. I said I would give him an email to send the paperwork to, he said no I would need to download TeamViewer and he would send the paperwork that way......RED FLAGS.
It is now going in the bin.

WiFiBlast is a scam that may transmit your private data

I bought this product over two years ago to try and see if it would resolve wifi issues in my home. I am an experienced IT professional and when I was setting it up the instructions were dodgy and I did not have a good feeling about continuing to use the device. As a result it has sat in my cupboard for two years.

Recently I have started to get calls informing me that the produce is not correctly configured and that they can help me to configure the device. I had a bit of fun with them seeking to understand how they knew it was not correctly configured given that no over legitimate device provider performs the same service. Eventually they admitted that the device sends a status signal to them which is how they know it is not correctly configured and if I keep using it it will damage my modem.

Clearly it transmits data to their servers, what data who knows but not worth risking them to obtain access to your internet banking details.

As other persons say, bin this product it is a scam.

Very poor

Very poor. 1/10
I brought a WiFi blast over a year ago. I never go it, even thought sent various emails to sort out the problem.
Don’t get this product, they will sell you a bag of goods to get you to send your money, and then not send you the product.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. The device never worked, and I got a call a year later from a "private number", asian voice claiming to be in California who wanted me to do some resetting on my pc. He didn't get that far and the device is in the bin.

Wifi Blast refund scam

I also got a phone request offering a refund from wifi blast. I asked for an email to explain what their offer was. The person "Job ID 1356" wanted me to enter some details on my PC. I refused.
This is a scam. Don't listen to their instructions.
If it was real, they should send me an email.

Wifiblast.com is a parked domain name…

Wifiblast.com is a parked domain name that is registered, but not connected to an online service like a website or email hosting.

In other words, it is a purchased domain name that is not currently being used. Instead, it is “parked” for future use.

BEWARE! Cold calling

BEWARE!! I got a dodgy call from this company Wifi Blast today offering a refund because "the device was not set up properly and will not work' then the person (from Asia on a Private number) asked for access to my computer to do a 'Live refund' I refused. I'll never allow live access to anyone I don't know. Apparently, the refund application cannot be emailed... In this age, how can a simple document not be emailed? **Very sketchy**. Looks like I won't be getting a refund :((

SCAM big time as far as I’m concerned……

SCAM big time as far as I’m concerned… they were very nice to me in the phone trying the ‘help’ me get it configured and when it didn’t they offered to refund my money…. Then the scam started… they tried to tell me they transfer too much money to my account and the girl on the other end was a very good actor and sounded horrified that she will now need to repay it out of her money… when all the time I could see in my bank account that no money had been deposited…. So so so shifty the whole thing…. Stay away… I did my money but not $6000.00 worth!

DO NOT TOUCH THEM AT ALL

DO NOT TOUCH THEM AT ALL - I say it again - STAY AWAY. I bought 2 of these and I didn't get time to set them up. Lucky for me....
The rang me, told me how I bought the devices, delivered and that I bought via PayPal. All this information was correct - then they offered to help setup the devices as according to their records and files - I haven't plugged them in yet. All correct information... Then they wanted me to download Teamviewer to allow them to set it up correctly, no chance of that. They were very persistent, I even hung up 3 times and they called me back.
They stated the refund policy is a LIVE form in which we need to do together online, haha.....
So I thought I would play their game, I kept them online for 20 minutes since they told they are in California.. and they had an Indian accent....
So I pretended to enter the keystrokes they wanted and I told them porn was on my screen and now my boss is going to sack me.... after 20 minutes of my pretending to do what they wanted and now I am in trouble with my employer, I told them we were tracking their phone details and they are not in California and we now have their details. Guess what - they hung up.
So don't touch them at all. They are a SCAM....
100% a scam, and they will hack you.

Didn’t work, would not configure. Then a year later they rang me Out of the blue and said they would configure it for me. Turned out they couldn’t and they offered my money back. It was a scam and they tried to clean out my bank account. Asian accent with name Sue Wilson, I told her I was sus on the whole thing and she told me to shove it and hung up. She had all my info including the purchase date and wi fi blast I’d number. Wi fi blast may have Been hacked and everyone’s info may be with the scammers.

Keep far away from WIFI Blast.

Keep far away from WIFI Blast.

These are criminals and if you do not set it up so that they can access your information they will ring you incessantly and harass one continually. The interesting thing about their phone calls is that they always come from an unknown number, and if you go to their official website - there is no phone number or way to contact them.
Do yourself a favour - if you have already lost your money - do not believe the refund garbage they post - put it in a bucket of water so no one else can be scammed if they get one from the garbage dump.
