Vibe Code Software

Failing to focus on the actual product and customer service is the worst part. I agree with many of the comments here on Trustpilot. The recurring issue is that clients are struggling to understand and properly use the product, while the company continues to refuse to acknowledge that this is a genuine problem. What is even more concerning is the apparent attempt to sweep these issues under the carpet rather than address them openly. Dismissing negative reviews by saying that the people posting them are “not clients” does not solve anything. Clients can remain anonymous, and anonymity does not make their concerns any less valid. We are simply letting people know the truth about the software and the challenges customers are experiencing, so potential users can make an informed decision. Instead of focusing on who is leaving the reviews or trying to bury the criticism, the company should listen to the feedback and fix the underlying problems with the product and customer service. The software feels almost like a “vibe-coded” product something put together quickly without enough attention to usability, reliability, and the actual needs of its customers. Sweeping these problems under the carpet will not make them disappear. If anything, it will make the situation worse for both the company and its clients.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns about product usability, reliability and customer support seriously, and we agree that genuine customer feedback should be listened to and addressed.

We would, however, like to clarify one important point. When we state that we are unable to identify someone as a client, this is not an attempt to dismiss criticism or suggest that anonymous feedback is invalid. It simply means that, based on the information provided in the review, we cannot match the experience described to a customer account, support case or interaction that our team can investigate.

We welcome constructive criticism, including negative feedback, because it helps us identify areas where we can improve. At the same time, specific examples are essential if we are going to investigate and resolve an issue properly. Statements about customers generally struggling with the platform, or descriptions of the software as “vibe-coded”, are difficult for us to act on without details about the functionality involved, the problems encountered or the support experience in question.

If you are a current or former client, we genuinely encourage you to contact us directly or provide Trustpilot with information that allows us to identify your case. We are more than willing to review the issues raised, understand what happened and address any legitimate shortcomings.

Our focus remains on improving the product, supporting our customers and responding transparently when problems are brought to our attention. We do not expect every review to be positive, but we do believe feedback is most useful when it allows both the company and prospective customers to understand the specific experience behind it.

Software don't work

Very disappointing experience with Width. The software is poorly designed, and several of its functions simply don’t work as expected, making it frustrating and inefficient to use.

The client service has also been disappointing. Getting help or having issues resolved has been difficult, and the level of support does not meet expectations.

Overall, I would not recommend Width in its current state. The software needs significant improvement, particularly in customer service. Management issue. Not renewing

The system itself has way too many bugs

The system itself has way too many errors. It’s practically held together by bugs and good intentions. It’s run by a bunch of people whose compliance knowledge is, let’s just say, still loading. And as for keeping up with the times. Apparently that feature hasn’t been installed yet. 😅

Hi Dou, we take feedback seriously, but we’re unable to find any record of you being a Width customer or using our platform.

If you have direct experience with Width that we’re missing, we’d be happy to look into it. Otherwise, we’d appreciate reviews being based on firsthand experience with the product.
