I ordered a slide with a tower thst was estimated to arrive by start of June. It took almost a month to process the order, obviously shipping/delivery was gonna take longer and customer service just replied that due to a high volume of orders, mine didn't have yet a delivery date.
When the order finally arrived, all the wood was already wet, moist and moldy. Also the instructions are even worse than Ikea.
Do not waste your time and money here.

Very poor service.. late delivery. Parts missing, slide wrong colour, swings & climbing net also missing. Constant cat & mouse with customer service.. still not received update on when missing parts will be delivered. The wood just arrives on a pallet.. not clean cut. Rough edges.. you have to cut all the fabric yourself and drill all the holes… the upright posts etc are a lot smaller than they look on the photos .. I’d seriously recommend using a different company..

I am getting increasingly frustrated with this company as they incorrectly addressed my parcel so I still don't have it and the approach to getting this sorted is sloppy. Customer support is slow and they seem to be making zero effort to resolve the issue. Poor. Must do better.

Goood communication thoughout the delivery. Still not installed but looks good and I am looking forward more than the kids !

Very easy process. From buying to delivery where only a few days. It came in a small package and the process of assembly was very well explained in the manuals. All the assembly materials was included only needed a few small tools. With a few friends was assembled in an afternoon.
