Wow. Just wow! I am highly impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the replacement cushions for our indoor wicker furniture. They are vibrant and beautiful, giving our sunroom a fresh new look. When I first called, I received all the help anyone could ask for. I think it was Joyce who helped me. She helped me figure out fabric choices, etc., and was in general so helpful! I received information on what to do when my furniture was delivered, that was so helpful! And the product itself is so beautiful and well made. I love it! It is perfect in my sunroom! I also feel that I got my money's worth! A good product at a fair price. I am a new fan of Wicker Warehouse and will gladly recommend them to anyone!

My son in law had to repair cracks on wood under drawers and two drawers do not fit properly the tracks are warped but otherwise dresser is very nice and good looking

I ordered a white plant stand. The label on the box says white, but the plant stand is black. There was a large hole in the box that could have been damaged in shipping, but the box was definitely old and pre-used. The company is non-responsive. Filing with the BBB.

I’ve never had a worse experience with an order as I’ve had with Wicker Warehouse. It took about 5 weeks to have the table & chairs delivered. I waited around the house for 5 hours for the truck and when it was delivered, they sent the wrong size table. I was then told to keep that table, since it was their error & they’d send me the correct size table. Again, I waited around the house for the delivery and again they sent another wrong size table. This time they told me to send the 2 wrong size tables back and they’d send a 3rd table. I had already given table #1 to a family member, so I had to get that back, secure both of them with wrap and pack them up separately. The 3rd table arrived and it was the correct table this time. A truck was sent to pick up the 2 wrong tables & wasted yet another day waiting for the truck.
I received an email from the shipping manager apologizing but no offer of a refund amount for my troubles and their errors. Not even a 25% off next order, which I’ll never do with this company again! This was a $1,700 order!! Terrible experience.

Great quality furniture! I bought two items from WW for my grand daughter in hopes of life long use.

The only glitch. I live in a different state. There were some logistic issues between the two addresses and phone numbers. WW or shipping company, not sure. But, it got sorted and the delivery was made.

The web site was very informative. My purchase arrived on time and in great condition. The product is excellent quality.

Communication regarding the order was excellent. We received clear information and instructions. Delivery was made as scheduled and the entire shipment arrived in perfect condition. We are very happy with the new furniture for our sunroom!!
