I've purchased several items over the years from Wicker Warehouse. Products have been high quality and arrived undamaged. This time I needed the contact information to the manufacturer of one of the items sold on their website. Not only would they not give me the information, but the rep was snotty and couldn't have cared less. Sent me a speech about vendors etc and told me to hire someone. This is why people buy from stores like Amazon. They at least have polite reps even if they aren't able to help with the issue. I will not purchase from Wicker Warehouse again. Thank you.

Wicker Warehouse has terrific customer service. I was well informed through the entire process and had a warm and friendly customer service representative assigned to me right away.
There was a short delay in my delivery and I was alerted promptly by phone.
It was a great experience and almost a bonus that I also love my new chairs!

We have still not received the furniture, so cannot comment on the quality. We were quoted 6-8 weeks on the order, and it has now been 8 weeks as it is 1/3/26.

This company is amazing! Customer Service by Gail goes so far above and beyond, I can't begin to rate it high enough! She is very proactive in helping you put together packages that may not appear on the website, and makes the whole purchasing experience wonderful and friendly! The furniture is equally amazing - quite beautiful, comfortable, looks gorgeous on our front porch! We are getting complements from our new neighbors, so that is always a plus! By all means, make this your first stop for outdoor furniture!! I am going to buy more, this time for the back yard!

I started working with Joyce a year ago and got fabric samples and advice. Delayed for months but finally made decisions and she still had all the notes and was ready to help place the order. I love the furniture! Arrived in great condition, earlier than expected. Nothing but good things to say. Joyce made the process easy, gave me confidence in my choices and set realistic expectations about the time frame.

Wicker Warehouse offers a quality product and exceptional customer service. The product is much sturdier and well built than the wicker set it is replacing. While there was an issue unloading our items at the U.S. port, we were kept fully informed by phone and email of the status and it was shipped promptly when it was unloaded.

Excellent service, great products. Our screened patio is now very smart and comfortable. Will definitely use them again, but unlikely to need anything for a few years.

Great customer service and shocked at how quickly I received the cushions. They are made well and very comfortable. They really made the look of my patio and furniture.

We placed an order for two chairs, matching ottoman and side table. We could not be more pleased with the product, communication and customer service.

Everything arrived with no issue with the exception of some small defects on the table. I immediately contacted Joyce with the details, and she had a new table sent out right away!
The set, Jamaican, is just beautiful on our glassed/screened in porch. Brings a bit of color and warmth now that the weather has turned colder.
