Even One Star, is Too Generous!

I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered a LUSH dupe and it didn't even remotely resemble the scent. I emailed. Nothing. I texted, as the FAQ page says to do this, if you have an order issue. No answer. Follow up email and a follow up text, after a week. STILL, nothing. This after waiting 3 weeks for the order to arrive!! My oils arrived via regular mail, not HAZMAT, they weren't even safely wrapped, just thrown into a BUBBLE MAILER....For a GLASS bottle, of FRAGRANCE OIL.Needless to say, it leaked in transport. This company is extremely unprofessional. It's like they don't know the first thing about business!!! The whole experience was terrible and I would never, ever recommend them to ANYONE. Save your money. If you're looking for a good oil seller, especially if looking for LUSH type scents, I highly recommend LAND OF AAAHS. Only reason I didn't use them, was cus Brandi doesn't have that one in her catalogue. Save your money!! I decided to leave this review, when I was cleaning out sent emails. People should know what kind of company this is.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE
This company (wicked-good.co) has false deceptive business practices.

I inquired about creating a custom private label line for my business. I was told that I needed to purchase a $35 scent tester. I did.

My inquiry was for a specific hair oil. They put a different oil in my scent tester box “free”. When it arrived it was broken open and the scent literally permeated the post office. It was difficult to differentiate the aromas due to the strong smell of the leaking oil.

I decided on 1 scent and asked how to buy the oil to test and confirm ingredients. I also asked what my choices were for labels, bottle types, dispensing option for the bottles etc.

Multiple emails and online inquiry forms later (they DO NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER) they finally responded.

I was told that I had to buy full retail price for a tiny tester to confirm oil content! They also refused to give any information on packaging, labeling etc for what would have been a very large opening order until I paid them for that large opening order. I was stunned to think I was supposed to pay for something that I had never seen and had no idea how it would arrive and then they would show me packaging options. I asked to please call me multiple times. They refused to call and then told me to go elsewhere, they did not want my business.

I asked for a refund. They refused and then threatened to take action if I gave them a bad review!

They literally sold their integrity for $35.
In the process they lost what would have been a large account. So disappointed in this woman owned company. They are definitely NOT what they claim to be.

Fake Urgency/Pressure into Buying

I haven't made a purchase on this website yet but how serious can a company be when they delete your shopping cart within 10 minutes? There's a countdown running, showing you the seconds you have left to make up your mind and quickly hit that "buy" button. You feel so rushed and pressured to spend your money on them without any time to decide and carefully craft your shopping basket like on any other website. And from what I've heard about them, I'm not going to spend my hard earned money eventhough their scents sound so tempting.

Not worth the risk

Since their samples are incredibly expensive, I blind bought two bottles of perfume spray. One was nice and similar to the fragrance it claimed to be inspired by. The other, and the samples I ordered, were bad in a way that can’t be attributed to personal taste. They smelled overwhelmingly of rubbing alcohol or chalk, without any of their supposed notes identifiable. When I wrote the company asking them to take back fragrances that had plainly been mixed wrong (they say they make all their scents to order), they told me I should have paid a premium for samples, and that I could return the full bottle at my own expense to receive a store credit. Except I couldn’t return that either, because I used a discount code. They haven’t replied back to me after the one message. You can’t trust the quality control at this company, and if you’re ordering from them, you’re gambling on them making no mistakes. My experience was that they mix 1 in 5 orders correctly so I’d save your money.

Smells like fraud

I've been waiting to receive my order for almost half a year. Customer support has only replied once (4 months ago) to promise they'll send it again, but I still haven't received anything. Ever since then they haven't been replying at all.

NO Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer for a few years. Previously, I had received excellent products and responsive customer service.
The last order in December of 2024 had issues. As of December 28, 2024, USPS states they never received the package. I wrote “Aimee” numerous times and was told she was ‘filing a claim’ and to allow 48 hours for her to circle back. She did not. I then wrote for update. She then told me that the item was out of stock. I wrote again to inquire about status of claim. “Aimee” replied ‘no worries’, that the stock was being filled and I should receive it by the end of this week. I then wrote and texted that I wanted a refund. No answer as of now.
On top of these issues, their website is user unfriendly and super frustrating.
VERY UNHAPPY!

My package never arrived and they where very unhelpful in helping me resolve the issue. Had to open multiple cases with the Shipping Company and the Credit Card provider to get a resolution

•not a scam!

Edited 1m ago

I recently made a purchase from Wicked Good after being a loyal customer of Eden Perfumes from the UK for many years. I am delighted to have discovered Wicked Good because they are cruelty free and vegan. The ones I have received so far are excellent dupes. I have to use self-control to avoid overspending. It is tempting to repurchase all the fragrances from my past that I stopped using due to their involvement in animal testing and use of animal derived ingredients. I am also pleased to find that they offer other products such as wax melts, candles, and laundry items. The Sultana squeeze wax smells exactly like Lush Sultana of Soap. I have always disliked artificial chemical fragrances that are harmful to my pets and potentially hazardous to humans.
It's not a scam!

I ordered 7 testkits

I ordered 7 testkits, first of all, i waited 3 weeks to recieve it, and on top of that i got to pay an import fee. When i recieved my order it was damaged and 3 of the test kits were broken which caused a leakage and there where broken glass all over. I contacted customer service and explain the circumstances and they say they will get back to me within 24
h. they don't get in touch. I contact them again and i get no answer. I have also contacted via whatsapp with no response. It’s been 2 months now. This is so unprofessional, the worst bussines ever. Do not purchase from them. It’s overprised and they do not deserve your money

Won’t deliver unless I beg them to

I purchased the annual plan (so trusting, I know). Received the first box, then the second month came and went and nothing. I had to write to their customer service to request it and, ever since, I have received NO BOXES unless I write to customer service first. If I don’t write, no box! It’s like they hope you’ll just forget about it so they can pocket the annual fees without having to deliver the products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND signing up for their annual subscription of anything unless you have fun begging for what you already paid for every single month.

I was scammed by wicked good perfume

I was scammed by wicked good perfume as well. I signed up for texts and received a text from the company saying make a purchase to receive a 20% discount as a reward, so I did just that. After not receiving my discount I went to customer service for assistance and instead was told they have "never done 20% off" and the employee insinuated I was lying, said it was a glitch and that it was unheard of in the 3 years she worked there. I was shocked. I sent over the proof and she said maybe the market team was trying out something new. After 24 hours of her "investigating" she said she could "investigate" it again. But never gave an apology for the situation, was treated like a liar when their company sent me the text clear as day. I am annoyed because the horrible service, I had at this point spent around $50 and given false advertising, false incentive to buy, and treated poorly. Their text program seems very shady, I was also sent a message saying the product in my cart was sold out but "not to worry because they saved it for me in my cart" and pushed to checkout, which I did only to realize the product was not sold out and I was once again fooled. overall insanely false claims being made by this company, I have all the texts to prove as well.

Scammed by Wicked Good co

I ordered 6 weeks ago and was given the run around first it was through 2 shipping companies where I filed complaints as neither received the package. Then customer service "Aimee" said she resent the package throughput UPS. I get the link and looks legit however the day before it is due to arrive the date changes as does the shipped from location. It is a scam and will be disputed it with my bank Update: I received my perfume after 2 months. My honest review was that they all smelled like a synthetic brown sugar and smelled nothing like the originals. They are greasy and have no lasting power. It is a huge disappointment for spending $170 USD. I have used several other dupe companies I was thrilled with , this one fails miserably sad to say.

I did not have a good experience

I did not have a good experience with the perfume that I bought here.

I bought a fun scent for a project. All things considering the scent smelled like it was supposed to, but the smell dissipated after less than two minutes. The scent did not last at all. Considering that the small vile was not cheap the lack of even the slightest bit of longevity made me feel ripped off.

The website boasted a satisfaction guaranteed promise so I wrote to them to tell them that I was not satisfied with the longevity of the perfume. No one ever wrote back.

Then a week later I left them another message on their live chat. No one ever wrote back.

This was weeks ago, and not a peep from this company.

Ultimately I just disputed it on my card because they promised satisfaction.

I also wrote a one star review of the scent on their site which was never posted. Manipulating reviews is a deceptive trade practice that people can actually get in trouble for. Just saying totally not cool.

Because my bad review was not even allowed to exist and no one ever got back to me I wouldn't trust a purchase from this site.
