Never received the box or a refund.
If you email they advise they are behind should be mailed in 5 days. If you call by phone they put you on hold then disconnect 135 days and counting
Total scam.

They don't even deserve one star. I've been waiting over a year for my package. And every response email back is crap Bs. Dont but from them

Ordered in December - received a "tracking number" which still says LABEL CREATED - NOT YET SHIPPED. They will not return my calls. I have emailed several times and get a copy and paste response. EXACT SAME RESPONSE each time. SCAMMERS! I have filed a dispute with my bank.

Terrible experience. After 2 months I still have not received the product. Customer service lies and makes empty promises. DO NOT give your money to them. I thought this would be a fun gift for my kids, but it turns out I just gave away my money to the millionaire that owns this so called business.

Ordered #138238 in early August 2021. It never shipped. Asked for a refund in November 2021. I have been told (by email) over and over it is being processed. January 2022, still no refund! Called, then waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told by the bot that they weren't able to take calls...click (hung up on). SUPER SCAM!!! Don't order from this place :-(

Scam. Been waiting for 7 months for my refund. No communication. No return emails any more. Do not order.

Never received a box I was subscribed to and now the company is gone and has changed names or stopped selling. Beware they may be operating under a different name. No response ever to the refund for the kissing box except “it may have not shipped yet” after two months.

Scam of a company never sent my 170 bucks for 2 boxes. When I finally got it cancelled they havent responded to my where is my money back emails. I've been ignored. So I contacted my bank to take care of it. Do not order from this company you either get crap or you get nothing and ignored.

I ordered a box on 11/24/21 and I keep getting the same responses as everyone else. When I call Customer Service it says the wait time and the number of calls, but when it gets to my turn there is no one available. I have sent emails and get no response. I left a call back number and still not response. Based on all of these ratings, I don't expect a box or my money back. A scam!

Zero stars. This is a scam company and I have wasted precious time and money. Stayed on the customer service line for over 30 minutes only to be told that there is no one available to help me. This has happened twice. I have left all my contact information but no one ever calls. I just keep getting more emails with products to buy. I just wanted my first order. They got my money and I got nothing. I will be reporting this company. Do not buy from them.

Same as all the above reviews. It's a shame. They were doing so well for awhile. But, I keep getting msgs. that my box is on the way, it's been 3 months now. They supplied a link to cancel the order for reimbursement, but the link DID NOT WORK. They should be shut down.

Same issue as most, no delivery of mt order on December 9th. I have emailed every day for the last two weeks. I did get a few replies about them being behind because of Christmas.
But not any in the past 2 weeks.

ZERO STARS. Ordered a box for Christmas. The same story as everyone else, immediately given a tracking number, it was never shipped. Emails Told me it was delayed, and then I was in the "refund queue" and now they have stopped responding altogether. As well as the Website now has changed, and my order doesn't exist. No Shipment or Refund ever received. SCAM.

I filed a BBB complaint which they didn't respond to and a Fraud Complaint with the .gov report fraud website you can google it because they won't let me list it here.

I'm pretty sure if enough people do it we have a chance of getting our money back from these scammers!

Not obtaining any response from this company concerning my order or a refund. The order was placed almost two months ago. Obtained one email response from Jessica last month, that my order was being processed. My advice is to avoid this company.

I was excited to order from Wibargain on December 3 2021 it is now January 5 2022 and i have not received my order. I've been trying to reach the number thats provided only for them to send me to voicemail there is no way to get ahold of anyone and i would like to get my box or my money back 😡.

On 10/29/21, I placed an online order from WiBargain LLC located at 2100 Panama Lane, Bakersfield, CA 93304. The amount of this order was for $176.00. On 11/02/21, I received a text message with my tracking information for FEDEX. I had ordered 2 boxes and each had its own tracking number. Neither box arrived when stated. The current status still says the delivery date is pending. When I read the reviews for their website, there were none less then three stars. When I email the company they told me the send out the tracking number before they actually ship out the package. I should wait an additional a couple of more days for the package to ship. After waiting I requested a refund. After repeatedly requesting a refund I was finally sent a refund request form to complete on 11/15/21, which I completed and submitted. After several more email requests for my refund I was told they are waiting for the billing office to process. They could not provide me with a contact number. I was finally able to get someone on the phone on 12/8/21. I was told by Jessica that my refund was scheduled for the following week. As of today I have still not received my refund nor does it say its pending. I have repeatedly called and left messages. Today I finally got through only to be told the supervisor would have to help me. I was left in hold and then hung up on. I called back several times only to be hung up on. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Central California. They have received no response from this company and I have been advised to contact the Attorney Generals Office. Due to my excessive calling, "Jessica" and "Jacob" have used my information to apply to buy a car in Bakersfield. They input my information into a website so I would receive calls regarding my interest. All this happened on Christmas Eve when I continued to call them regarding my refund.

I ordered my box over 4 months ago and never got a refund or my box. This company is a bad company don’t ever get anything from them they still your money.

HORRIBLE LITERALLY SAME STORY AS EVERYONE ELSE MADE MY PURCHASE IN NOVEMBER NO REFUND NO BOX SAME COPY AND PASTED EMAILS COMPLETE SCAM AND A GOOD ONE BECAUSE THEY GOT AWAY WITH HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS IM SURE THEY NEED TO BE SUED

7 months and my boxes never arrived. They sent tracking number but never shipped out. After several emails they sent a link that now redirect to another website site caksupply.co so they are ready for a new scam! Be aware!!
