Not 1 thing in the box was worth a dime! I won't fall for this scam again!

Ordered July 9th 2021, 3 months later, the “tracking” number isn’t found in fed ex. They continue to say it’s going to be shipped. I asked for my money back September 10th and they told me to fill out a form. Well, almost a month later and still no word from them about getting my money back. They are literally just scammers. Do not give them your money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY! Ordered by box back in 2020!! They sent me a false tracking # that still says 'creating label"! They also refuse to give you refunds! They are 100% fraudulent. I have no idea why they are still doing business!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a box from them back in march and received it within 2 weeks. I loved the box so I ordered another one. Well this order I placed on june 18th and here it is october 5th and still have not received my box. I have emailed them several times and I get the same answer that I will receive my box within 3 to 5 days and still nothing. I have a tracking number but when I track the package there is no information which means the shipping label was created but has not actually been shipped yet. I now have requested a refund as of three weeks ago and when I checked with someone on the status of my refund, they told me I have to fill out the refund request form again!!! I did that three weeks ago!! I am so frustrated at the point and I just want my money back but it seems like I spend $75 and am not going to receive it back or my package. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I will not ever be ordering from this company again. Every number I call for them goes immediately to a message machine saying noone is available to take my call and to leave a message. This is sooo frustrating!!!!! Wibargain just give me my money back!!!!!

They promise items like small electronics, kitchenware, etc. I got THREE items from the dollar section. And four from clearance. They stole $100 from me. It’s was $125 box and items were about $25 total. Gross company.

I ordered my last box on May 31st 2021, it is October 5th 2021. I still don't have the box. I call them every week to get a status. they always say "your box will ship out in 5 business days" I have called their customer service every week for 12 weeks. its always the same thing... "your box is in production, just keep waiting" Its been 4 months!! I tried calling their customer service team today, waited 15 minutes and then get a voice message that says "no one is available to take your call" This is no acceptable customer service. this is the worst service I have ever received. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered 3 - premium boxes.. a bed and bath, a Amazon and a premium tool box. Each box was 125.00 What I received looked like someone shoveled the contents of what was in a car trunk. Nothing I had was new. The premium tool box did not contain anything useable everything was broken, used. Including 6 fuse outlets that were stripped and broken. Even received used Face masks that had lipstick on them and a greasy finger print on the others. Used hand sanitizer. I got a single tampon. A broken light that all the wires were stripped out on. I videoed every box from the front porch to the last item. Go on YouTube and you’ll see the crap they send.

Just received by first box. So very disappointed. (4) t-shirts, two loose towels, (1) curtain panel (because, hey most people only need one panel instead of two, (1) sheet set and (2) kids face mask. All this for $125.00. This is so not worth the price I paid.

I have been waiting over 2 months for items purchased while all along I get ads continuall for new boxes. This week those ads promised shipping within 1 to 2 days of the order. I asked to cancel my orders, that didn't even get shipped in 1-2 MONTHS, much less 1-2 days. They sent me a link to a form that required me to log in to my acount - but then they also deleted my account so that it isn't possible for me to request the refunds! (I know the account is gone because I used the option to reset my password and it says no account is found.)

I am now working through my credit card company to protest the charges.

One box of 4 that I should have received actually did show up, it was mostly packing peanuts, and a few junk items.

We ordered a tool box & a Unopened mail box. Only received one box after a month & it was literally all garbage & PVC pipe. It literally looked like someone dug through the local landfill & put garbage into a box for $125. Do not, I repeat do not waste your hard earned money. After speaking with some friends about our situation they said the only people who get good boxes are influencers on social media because they make videos on it & make the company more money. It’s literally a scam. Maybe $5 worth of garbage for $125!

awful experience. Ordered in July and never received. email after email call after call nothing. requested refund claimed it would be sent as well two weeks later still no refund. filed complaint with BBB and attorney general. Horrible company. Complete Scam.

This is a scam. Everything that came was OLD, USED AND BROKEN. It looks like they went to a yard sale and bought $US 1 dollar things and put them in the box. There was even a dirty stained used towel. Everything was garbage and that is were it all ended.

Total scam! there unclaimed mail mystery boxes had all repackaged goods in them. I bought 3 boxes and not one of the 30 had a mailing label on it. Shame on them. Then they had the nerve to offer me $35 on my next purchase. Like I will every by from the criminals again. I hope they get what they deserve

I received my first box from this company (was supposed to be a box of womens clothing) and I reviewed used underwear with POOP stains on them!!! Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I contacted the company with pictures and they only offered me $15 off my next purchase. Like why would I ever give them another dime? I already wasted $35.

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. These people are nothing more then a scam. been waiting for an order for two months now. It says shipped but the tracking info is not valid. I have tried cancelling the order with no luck. Every time you talk to someone there they tell you it will ship this week. All lies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Terrible service.
UPDATE: This is still ongoing. purchased over two months ago. Still no shipment. Just getting constant run around from WI Bargain. put in for a refund twice. Still nothing. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP OUT THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. YOU WOULD LITERALLY BE BETTER OFF THROWING YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW. FRAUDS AND CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what my box is like as I ordered it was back in July it is now a week before October and I still have recieved NOTHING! According to their tracking it was supposed to be at the post way back on August 19th but they still have never recieved the package just sitting there on pre what ever. When I contacted the company I get we are behind sorry. I understand behind but seriously 3 months??? NOT ok. I have requested my money back no reply. This is a MAJOR rip off.

This company is a joke! I paid $125 for one box and $65 for another box on July 23, 2021. I waited an entire month for tracking details. After reaching out to support several times I finally got a tracking number. The tracking number was no help whatsoever, after months my items have not been shipped. Tracking status has not changed from pending. At this point I’m convinced that I will not get the items I paid for and this company is in the business of ripping people off.

Like others, I ordered boxes on 7/29, I got confirmation of shipping 8/26 and have yet to get a box.

Others noted that they do not issue refunds. I have not made it that far in the compaint process, but I wanted to remind everyone that you can dispute with your credit card - which I will be doing.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order August 4th, 2021. Said it would ship in 3-5 business days. I received a FedEx tracking number on a
AUGUST 7TH 2021. But wait. The tracking number is an error code from fedex. They say it does not exist. So I emailed august 7th. They replied within 2 days saying my box was in preshipping thats why it has a label printed. It should update within 72 hours. I waited 5 business days and it was still in error. I emailed again. 5 days later i get an apology and they say 3-5 days it will ship. A week goes by. I email again. I get nearly the exact same email. This goes on for weeks. September 15th I emailed again demanding a refund or my order. (FYI THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS) But again I am promised an update in 72 hours. I waited exactly 72 hours and reemailed asking for an update and why my box shipping label was cr3ated 6 weeks ago but still errors at fedex. I get the same standard apology and 72 hour email. Its now september 25th. Box shipping label tracking still errors. Their website still promises 3-8 shipping days. The item I purchased is still available on their website as "in stock". I just emailed again and at this point I am pretty sure I am not ever getting my items but I do want to warn others.

**update, it is now November and twice a week they have emailed saying I will get an update within 48 hours and I never get an update. Still no package. Still receiving an error for the tracking number they created in August. Such a scam!

*** update December 4th, 2021. I have been emailing weekly, still no box and the shipping number for fedex still does not exist within fedex system. This past week I called and after sitting on hold for 28 minutes and repeatedly hearing there are 10+ callers ahead of me for 28 minutes I left a message to get called back. Suprise! Noone called back. I wish it was possible to give a -star rating
