I was totally impressed with Whyte Studios Black Friday event, also very happy With the customer service I received. Before purchasing I called head office to check about sizes. My query was responded to immediately. I was also over the moon and just couldn’t believe how quickly my order arrived. I was so excited to receive my beautiful sassy Sophisticated items. I absolutely love this brand..
I absolutely love this brand... I never fail to get amazing comments from friends and complete strangers on my outfits when I am dressed in Whyte Studio.
The customer service is beyond my expectations, and chatting to them is like chatting to my bestie.
I have just ordered another great dress for my collection, and I cannot wait to receive it... just need somewhere to wear it now.

High quality, fashionable mask.
Quality face mask. Fits really well. I appreciated the hand written note- a great personal touch! The mask had it’s own bag which is helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see a free tote bag was included in the purchase too!

Pirates and swindlers!
If I can give 0, I would have done it! This company is crap! Customer service is really bad!
I made 2 separate orders and paid 2 shipping fees. However, they came in 1 parcel which means they already stole my one of the shipping money.
Complained to them, they said they offered return label and refund my order but they again took away another shipping fees. In total, this company has taken away nearly £20 shipping fees.
This company has no trust! Horrible customer service and stealing customer’s money.
Please avoid! And check your bills if you have placed an order with them recently.

Thank you for your feedback. We do find this surprising considering we were very prompt to respond and assist you with your refund even though you have used. discount code.
We try to be sustainable in our approach of shipping and hence why we added your orders into one shipping bag as we noticed it was going to the same address.
We do not collect money on shipping this goes to our courier service which is even more than what we charge the customer. We are an independent brand and use local courier services which may cost a little more but we like to support where we can.
We are very clear about our returns process and the shipping costs are not included in the refund as mentioned before this expense is with our courier service, not us as the company.
We are disappointed we could not be any more helpful and we certainly do not consider ourselves as 'pirates and swindlers'. We are a small private operation mostly managed by the designer and her small team and we take feedback very seriously.
Wishing you all the best and we would recommend you familiarise yourself with T&Cs of brands ahead of your future purchases especially relating to refunds.

Loved the product! Very high quality. I was also very happy to see how they had carefully packed the item and it came with a duster bag. The sweet note from the designer was also a great personal touch. This is by far my most favourite brand for 2020 ❤️, cannot wait to buy again!

Fantastic speedy delivery, beautifully packaged and a dress cover bag was included... The personally written card on the inside to thank me for my purchase made it that little bit more special. As for the dresses, I love them really good quality, super finish and the fabrics are gorgeous. I have found my new go to place...
