The best wearable

The best wearable. Huge amount of data, a good app, and the fact you can wear it 24/7 even whilst charging it is the best feature

I would be lost without this.

I have found this extremely useful in improving my sleep and helping me to better plan my workouts and general activities day by day. Having all of my data logged in a place I can find and use is important to me.

modify the habits that matter most

I've been a user for several years, and as a cyclist and data junkie I think it's great. The long-term data it provides is great, the accuracy is good for a device of this type. It's probably best for identifying behaviors that are affecting overall health and helping to modify them. My sleep habits have improved and my alcohol consumption has decreased significantly over the time I've been using it, and the Whoop data is a major contributor.

Whoop has helped me understand the…

Whoop has helped me understand the importance of sleep and the impact alcohol and other behaviors have on my health and recovery. I wanted a device focused on recovery and strain not calories like other devices and apps. Whoops delivered and has kept me coming back for the past 4 years.

Great way to find out which behaviours …

Great way to find out which behaviours influence your sleep and your recovery overall. Look at your behaviour on positive and negative occasions and see if your sleep simultaneously improves or not. Super simple, very practical. Even though it doesn’t mean causality, it does give you tools to influence your recovery by things you control! Great gadget, love it.

Whoop is hands down the best wearable I’ve ever used for so many reason—form factor/style, ease of use, data and information tracking. I love it, and now feel like I can’t live without it!!!

User for 10 years

Data and data analytics are superb. First thing I do in the morning is check my sleep and my recovery and what is the recommended strain for the day. For daily workouts, that information is very informative for how hard to push but is not definitive for me. I recently started with WHOOP labs and that was incredibly educational. A bit expensive but worthwhile to determine your internal health.

Best Wearable I have tried

I had woke up a couple years ago and for budget reasons tried a different option. I have tried ours rings Fitbit and Apple watches, and WHOOP is by far my favorite.

When I had to cancel my subscription, it was easy and seamless and resubscribing was also really easy. Love the battery pack, charging, and love the app.

The Best Device For Me

I have had Whoop since it’s Whoop 2.0 days. I’ve always had a great experience with the device. I’ve compared it directly with my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and have found it to be similar accuracy (same max heart rate and average heart rate within 1-2bpm per workout) provided I wear the device on my non dominant wrist or use the bicep band if it is a workout that involves wrist movement / flexing (such as biking, pushups or weight lifting, etc). I’ve always had good experiences with customer support (which hasn’t been often but I have reached out over the years about order return or 1 or 2 nights of no data recorded for sleep [which over the course of 9 years is acceptable imo]). I haven’t had any issues with quality of device or wrist band and I really think the form factor, app design / experience, comfort (especially for sleep) and charging methods are what separates Whoop.

8+ years

I have been a member of the WHOOP community since 2017. I wish these devices were more available when I was an athlete, but as a former athlete, an active person, and a parent of athletes, this has been an incredible tool for knowledge and personal insight. Continuing to learn what impacts your body and how to shape the decisions you make to improve performance through recovery and manipulating your strain to make the gains you are hoping for are very important to me.
