Not the best experience
The underwriting dept could not get my contract straight for several days. Understandably there was a holiday but I didnt lose my patience until after the holiday. Its a great policy but not the least expensive so I hope it doesn't disappoint. What you did wrong was charge my account before I even signed the contract which most likely was not legal but being a kind person as myself I chose to overlook that major issue. They came very very close to losing my business

No pressure sales
No pressure sales. Dave Johnson is so pleasant and very knowledgeable. Only recommendations are that 1. Multiple contract customers get a discount ( we have car and trailer) and 2. that 8 year plan be given 36 months financing. We almost did not do the deal because of the high payments for 24 months.

Buddy was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We liked the extra offers like Passport America and Escapees and the Wheel and Tire coverage. They offered different lengths in years of coverage. They offered different payment plans as well.

Thy had to inspect the trailer to get warranty. l all Reddy had good Sam RV warranty just changing to you. The manufactory ran out in June. We have been in our spot for 2 months. It was a lot of work to show them that they work. This interrupted my wife working is why I gave a 4 stars.

Process was pretty simple
Process was pretty simple. Only drawback was the pre-inspection of our rig. But even that was pretty painless. Haven't had to use it yet but appears to be really good coverage. Representative was extremely informative and was able to answer all our questions.

Quick response
After having owned the RV for a short period of time, I took it into my local RV independent repair shop thanks to wholesale warranties almost everything was fixed under warranty. I asked the shop if they had any issues with the claim and he said none at all. I am very pleased with wholesale warranties Quick response to take care of the issues.

Exceptional Website, comprehensive coverage, and Professional Support.
In searching for a RV extended service warranty, I found the Wholesale Warranties website to be highly informative. The information provided is simple to follow, provides comprehensive information about what is and is not covered based on the available plans, and the website is intuitive and easy for the user to find information. During my searches the Wholesale Website was the only one I found that provided multi-year coverage options with exceptionally reasonable rates. Once I applied for an estimate and was connected with Mr. Buddy Hooker, he made the offer more attractive by designing a simpler and faster payoff option. His coordination for scheduling a timely RV inspection was most helpful, and Logan (Inspector) was highly efficient and professional in completing the inspection requirement. Once the inspection was completed Ms. Michele Norman quickly generated the Warranty documents for my signature. I truly appreciate the professional support throughout this process, and am relieved to now have a usable warranty in place that will provide great coverage for my RV.

Power cord reel stopped retracting
Power cord reel stopped retracting. Technician determined the reel was beyond repair. Submitted claim to Wholesale warrantiest team was extremely easy to work with! Claim was approved almost immediately. Cord reel ordered, technician installed, I paid technician sent paid invoice to Wholessle Warranties (don’t forget to sign your invoice before submitting. Check was received the next week! Extended warranty companies are hard to work with *not this company** I recommend them to everyone! Flawless experience!

Great company for RV warranties!
I used Wholesale Warranties with my trailer I traded in for my new one and had a claim for my self-leveling tongue jack and the warranty paid for a new tongue jack less my deductible immediately. I had no doubt that when and if I purchased a new trailer that I would obtain another warranty from Wholesale Warranties! Great company to work with!!!
