I made an online order last night…

I made an online order last night delivery. Amazon has an arrangement with a store called "Weis Market." They tend to have-some items that Whole Foods doesn't carry. Filling My Cart was a bit confusing. The website bounces over Whole Foods to Weis. There were a number of items that were available from both stores. Delivery was free, one from each store. There was a problem on my end. The door to the lobby was blocked with yellow tape, and the buzzer system may have been unavailable. In any event, Weis followed my delivery instructions, calling from his own phone. The order was large, and it was heavy. Very heavy. He brought it to the elevator. When I got to my floor, i lifted the packages the best I could. It was painful, so I retrieved my actual cart.
When I got upstairs I found on the website that Whole Foods delivered. They put a photo of the delivered bags. It was good for the food (especially the ice cream) that the temperature was low and cold. Everything was fine apart from my having to lift heavy bags. I do not find Whole Foods to be the most expensive store in my area. The delivery was free. I will try to have the packages brought up as I had requested when I ordered since I have some physical limitations. I'm hoping they will comply. I have encountered some of the issues that others have complained of, however I believe they have lowered their prices, and i have had online deliveries where items were squashed and even moldy when the items came by post. In those cases I was compensated, though annoyed. For the reasons I have described, i did not give 5 stars

Lousy service and quality

I bought a six pack of Whole Foods branded 365 canned tuna. The label got all greasy and when I went to return it, the said it was outside of their 30 day return policy.
The expiration date was well beyond the 30 days. And, who uses six cans of tuna within 30 days!?!
Ever since Amazon bought WF the quality and customer service has gone down hill. I won’t be back there again.

A staff lied..

We got fish and one of the staff working in the seafood area had said and lied to our (my families) faces. He said the inside had been cleaned out. Now my mom is cleaning out liver and blood. This has happened before with the exact same person, a different staff however checked and was quite honest, even double checking. Not the happiest about the lying though..

Horrible chemical tasting organic produce these days

Whole Foods used to be a fantastic store to shop in. The prices were reasonable and the produce was delicious. Now, the prices are sky high and the organic produce has a horrible chemical taste to them. The organic apples are disgusting to eat. Looks like Whole Foods is allowing Apeel, or some other "fake spraying" put onto their produce.

I have been a customer for years! Corporations must stop the plasticky

I have been a customer for years, yes, I engaged in these ideas of healthy organic, meaning less use of all chemical, etc ingredients; however, I guess as a corporation, they are failing terribly in the environmental commitment as they are still using a lot of plastic in their branded products as well as from their providers ?. What's good about having to pay for paper bags when 80% come wrapped or packed in plastic, so big corporations should be the 1st line on demanding that we not get these stupid plasticky items that have no way to be disposed of or recycled, or nothing is like transferring the responsibility over to the final consumer for their lack of engagement !!! Sick and tired of spending life trying to find products that come bare or in paper, or other really friendly ways.

Called to order a Pizza at the Voss Rd. and you would think I was asking for a 5 course dinner in 30 min. The employee who answered the phone acted like she was I was bothering her. Nothing pleasant about the exp. Then the dude behind the pizza counter was just as ambivalent. Total smart ass. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

All around unprofessional

I see the reviews for the products are bad, but my complaint is employment. I was called for a job interview. I drove 35 minutes to go down. They confirmed the interview an hour before and then when I got there, they dismissed me immediately and said they found someone. No phone calls. No communication to let me know just straight out sent me right home. So unprofessional, it must be terrible working for them.

Extreme surveillance collaborators very disturbing

To Manager Alex who never Responded

I went to Wholefoods Kensington and this female security keeps stalking me around the store targeting me and NOBODY ELSE

I found that intrusive and annoying and RUDE

I made a complaint to the store manager and he was dismissive and wouldn’t listen talking over me and being unreasonable about my distress and justifying both the female and white security guard who started to alliance with the female security guard.

The end times are really here People are wax cold heartless unthankful, lovers of themselves lovers of pleasure etc lists go on.

l was monitored racial profiled by an aka brown female and white male security joined the created drama bring attention to their already Dull jobs standing around doing nothing and not actually catching shoplifters guard/s who works for this whomever is trickling down from Top these tactics who has been given to much leverages of authority imho (apparently that is his/ her unsure if that person is M or F is TRAINED ) ( I don’t believe is a security guard’s job to make customers uncomfortable with anxiety and fear stress of being watched, constantly
scrutinised at every turn at every instance interaction with others good or bad is not their business to be a nanny state to grown adults and Specific is a behaviour masked as harassment) to target 🎯 especially towards certain ethnic majorities Brown people who aren’t a minority that’s a BIG fat LIE ,

I’m regular customer and this behaviour is unacceptable and trespassing bordering on my legal basic human rights.

Whole Foods Disservice

Whether it's a shortage of drivers or whatever it is, WF suddenly is pickup only in some regions. Another vital delivery service leaving users adrift and angry. Even non-Prime customers who would be levied a fat delivery charge are twisting in the wind as of this writing. It's no way to run a railroad or a supermarket. As with so many large merchants, reaching customer service is a fool's errand.

My husband had serious stomach complaint , was seen by a holistic practitioner and recommended to purchase physylium husk powder , the assistant advised him that this was no good for what he wanted it for as it only treated constipation , where do they find these people? ,
They are danger to the general public , one should only give advice if one is qualified and insured as a practitioner.
