Worst Service ever. I will never buy anything from them again.
A hiking jacket which I ordered on-line was marked XL but was so small, That I could not get both arms in it.
I returned it and contact their on-line complaints system. After six messages and replies reassuring me that it would investigate the matter, they cut off my access to their complaints system. Paypal would not do anything as it was now passed their time limit.
