This is the first time I give a 5-star review after getting a product I couldn't use.
I've contacted WhiteParts.dk about a water container for a coffee machine, to check whether the model fits. I was told it should, so I ordered it.
The container was quickly shipped and arrived within two days. Unfortunately, it did not fit my coffee machine model.
I wrote to customer service, and within minutes, they've apologized for the container not fitting and refunded me. No further questions asked, and no requests for shipping the container back. They also recommended me a few alternative places to look for a replacement.
While it's unfortunate that my spare part doesn't seem to be available anymore, I can only commend WhiteParts.dk for taking customer service seriously.
