I'm usually sceptical about financial advisors and what they do due to my bad experiences I've had in the past.... But I took the chance with this Company after receiving a call which seemed the same as any other but it was not first of all the Company has really high regards for their customers or clients & appreciate the fact you're giving them your time and also propose options that are tailored towards the customers needs. To Josh Jones & The team you guys are doing a fantastic job! Please keep it up, never been happier with the results I've received from my finances.

Would I recommend Josh and his team at White Knight Wealth? Most definitely, Josh was an absolute delight to work with on the transfer of my pension. I feel that I now have a new friend who just happens to be my financial advisor. The transfer of my company final salary pension into a SIPP was not an easy task. Josh was extremely patient with me and took a lot of time to explain the whole process, he also had to contend with my very risk averseness. It took nearly a year to get my pension transferred (not due to Josh or myself being tardy) and the timing when it eventually happened was not the best market wise. It was advisable to keep nearly a half of my pension in cash until the markets improved, this was excellent advice, and I am very happy with the returns that have been made since the transfer and especially since the middle of 2023. Would I do it again with hindsight? Most definitely. Thank you Josh.

Really happy with how my investment pots are performing.

I've used WhiteKnight's managed portfolio service for over 7 years. The performance has been above excellent. Even considering the negative year of 2022 my portfolio finished in the positive - granted it was only 0.9% positive but I was still happy with this considering the year. I recommend to those looking to be hands off with their finances.

P.s. I was difficult to onboard as a client due to "trust issues". To anyone looking for extra reassurance I'll gladly have a call to expand on my experience. :)

Having initially been contacted by a member of White Knight Wealth many weeks ago my personal circumstances did not lend to carrying on with our short information gathering exercise. We rescheduled a call at both our convenience which was arranged without pressure in any way whatsoever.

Advance 4 weeks and I've just taken that call with Josh Jones. Despite having all the lead time in the world it would seem for me to get things in order and plan, I hadn't really done that off my own accord. Josh has just been incredibly helpful and superb in assisting me to better understand my personal finances without forcing me to commit to anything today.

This relaxed manner has me feeling very confident that I'll make significant changes to how I manage my own financial affairs today and over the next 6 months where we'll have a follow on call which I arranged, again not pressured by Josh. I am confident that in our next call I'll be committed to using Josh's services to both our advantages for the foreseeable future and growth.

Highly recommend WhiteKnight for anyone needing financial advice, especially when first moving abroad. Must admit I'm not knowledgeable at all on financial stuff and it usually just goes over my head but they explained everything in basic terms so you actually understand what is the best strategy.

I've been with Josh and the team for 6 years now and I keep saying I'll write a review... sorry for the delay :D

I'd like to start by praising Hope in the admin team, she has been particularly good at ensuring I respond to communication, and I appreciate her gentle nudges.

We were fairly aggressive with my portfolio and I'm glad. Although last year wasn't great the overall return to today has been way better than I expected. In March 2022 we lowered my risk profile because of Russia/Ukraine and we've just increased my risk profile again because the market is much lower. Even considering the year last year, my return has been over 56% which beats my expectations at over 9% p.a.

I'm happy to provide a reference at any point.

I'm always reluctant to write a review without experiencing the full '360' of a product/service. Josh transferred my pension 6 years ago, and I'm pleased to say, it's been a pleasure working with him. I've seen excellent growth, and his communication is flawless. 5 stars from me!

Jamie and the team helped me to understand the situation with my pensions and what I can and can't do. I appreciated the clarity he gave me on my family salary, informing me that my family probably won't receive the full amount of the pension when I die (I thought it would automatically go to them)

Jamie didn't use any pushy sales tactics and gave me all the information and options available to make a well informed decision.

Jamie was very considerate and adopted a “no nonsense” approach with no pushy sales tactics or techniques during our initial call. So after a great conversation with a Jamie on the phone, I soon realised my retirement plans (if you could call them that) weren’t as solid as I once thought. He was very informative and broke down the information unlike others who are very pushy.

I had a meeting with a very nice chap called Josh who was very professional and always had an answer for my questions. After deciding to make adjustments to my retirement arrangements it all went off without a hitch and I can confidently say I am very pleased and much more relaxed knowing what me and josh are now working towards.

Just a warning to anyone contacted by this organisation. The CEO, Joshua Jones, used to work for a similar so called 'wealth management' company called W1. These companies are the 'ambulance chasers' of the Financial Services industry and they surf all the social media channels to try and identify people like me who are living outside the UK and have worked for organisations who provide Company pension schemes. They assume that you have a private pension (s) and of course want to get their grubby little hands all over your money! I've complained about W1 to the Financial Ombudsman but they are as usual a complete waste of time! So if you are contacted by W1 or WhiteKnight give them a wide berth!
