My spouse and I paid over $2,000 for credit repair services. They assured us that they would be able to repair our credit in order to get a home loan approval. The accounts that we were told would be deleted weren’t. Letters they wrote on our behalf were returned to us by the merchant multiple times. Please use caution when signing a contract with this company.

Worked with Curtis a little rough start but never the less a great guy to work with only been a couple of weeks and already seeing an increase. Great job guys would definitely recommend. Will update again later.

I was referred to White Jacobs in August of 2024 and Mr. Daniel Benitez went to work on my behalf immediately. His work ethic was very professional and honest. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. A huge thank you to Daniel for all of his assistance.

My recent experience with Curtis at white Jacob’s & Associates was short and unfavorably and less than enjoyable experience.

I was not please with the letters that were sent out in my behalf to represent me. The creditors didn’t think so either, a few contacted me and asked why would a letter be sent not addressing the real issue of the dispute.

This was unacceptable for me. The lack of formal contact after you spend your hard earn money with this firm was below my expectations. Although I recall distinctly when I paid my fee of over $1,100 I could hear his co workers cheering for Curtis on like if as some sort of amusement!

The last straw was that I was able to make my own credit improvements in the same amount of time that this jerk had my account. He wasted my money & time!

Beware before considering using!

Eric was awesome!!! He took me through the entire process and explained exactly how and what would happen when. I would definitely recommend them rather than the other repair companies out there! I’m excited to see the results!

I’m not surprise to see so many fake reviews giving them such high ratings - I was an SEO and digital marketing manager as I told the fast-talking sales and, Jeffrey Rigdon, and ranked a horrible business number one for six years. Fake reviews cost about $2-$5 a piece to have mass produced.

I first became suspicious of the outfit when I noticed very basic words misspelled in the brochure they sent me after I signed up for their program.

Hint: It’s I before E except after C when the sound is long E. Hire someone who can spell before launching a scam operation folks.

I became further concerned when Experian sent me a letter stating that they were refusing to let White Jacobs dispute claims to my file as they weren’t considered a lawful representative of me. Troubling as this is what I hired them to be.

I became even more concerned when I reached out to the salesperson, Jeffrey Rigdon.

Neither he nor his assistant responded to anything I sent, multiple times. They call you everyday until you sign up and then they vanish.

Perhaps it is the 100 clients Jeffrey told me he had on his current caseload.

In hindsight that should have been a red flag as well. No one can provide good service with that many clients and is the perfect example of a “churn and burn” operation.

Now I was worried and looked up their better business bureau file - and was dismayed by what I found.

These guys are crooks run by two crooked lawyers, pure and simple.

When I again contacted Jeffrey Rigdon and he again refused to respond, I instructed both him and his assistant to cancel my membership.

Yet criminally and illegally, which is why I call them crooks, they continue to attempt to bill my now frozen credit card for their membership program, and are breaking the law in so doing.

Yet they also haven’t done any credit repair work that I hired them to do.

My next step is to report them to my credit card company for fraudulent activity. Refusing to honor a demand to cancel is fraud and a crime.

Don’t walk, run from this company. There may be legitimate credit repair firms out there, but White Jacob is not one of them.

Brandon has been so nice, professional and empathetic. He’s been on top of our case and handling every detail. Totally believing us and prompt in each matter presented to him. It’s been a very positive experience working with Brandon!

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to credit, I would honestly say all the other companies that I paid for did not do their job, but when I came to this company there was nothing but success involved! I will say it is a little bit costly but you get what your money pays for.

Arriving at this company , I did not know too much about credit but when I spoke with Ciara she explained everything about what was going on and before I knew it , collection accounts where being deleted left and right.

The decision to go with White and Jacobs was a huge mistake. They promise that they will help you to get you to join and when you get family or friends to join they don't deliver on their promise. They have problems with accounting and after a few months they send your file to a new employee that has not handled your file in the past. It is a expensive mistake and I harmed my reputation with family for recommending them.
