Very poor experience
Very poor experience. My 10000 rupees are stuck in Byju's. But there is no person in white hat Jr who can talk to Byju's management to get it resolved

Its totally waste of money
Its totally waste of money. Whenever there was class some error pops up and the class gets cancelled. Also they changed his class teacher. We asked them to refund our money but its been 4 months they're not answering our calls.

No quality teachers now horrible experince
No quality teachers now . when it began teachers were good but how they are like trainees dont know anything. Just read and teach bad if u ask questions no I dont know.
U can not reach at any cost for any grievance come what may
Will change teacher at last minute without notice and u can not do anything
No refund forget about it. I asked fora refund for my remaining classes . they said after numerous mails they will refund 30000 rs but after 6 months and 100 mails I am still waiting.
Suggest me what to do.

Master classes and evaluations
The teacher and the designed syllabus for each classes are amazing .But on thing I want to add as a feedback that about evaluation process and any special class or master class for regular students like us.so if possible arrange 2 live evaluation classes.specially my kid is in 4th grade ,in this age assessment is must just get to know the student’s position.

They promise quick refunds

I already sent an emails on your support email multiple times for reminding refund process. Please let me know what is the status of my refund.
They promise quick refunds, but the reality is far from it.
The refund process is very slow. I've been waiting for months for my refund, well beyond the promised 20–25 working days. They even don't know how much time is required to refund. Every time, the same email is forwarded to the customer. Saying that "we have already raised a refund request with the finance team. Kindly allow some time. "
The company doesn't communicate well with customers.
Too many technical issues during the session.
WhiteHat Jr.'s poor customer service has left me feeling cheated and ignored.
Proceed with Caution: I would advise parents to think twice before enrolling their children and spending hard-earned money on WhiteHat Jr. It's been a disappointing experience.

Good coaching
Good coaching, updating progress periodically and seeking feedback are some of the great things that I can say is going real good and should continue to be. Would also request the coach to go a little bit deeper into the concepts that would help students grasp the jist of it.
