Will never order again
They claim to be helpful when items don’t fit as advertised or are defective but they will only ever give store credit and not an actual refund so it’s a vicious circle of bad clothing. And they make you pay for returns so it’s extra money out of your pocket. Will never order from them again

Would never order from this company…
Would never order from this company again. First of all, the price you are paying for rubbish quality. The poor size guide. I ordered a dress at the end of January for it to be the wrong size, returned it, ordered a new one. Never received my €60 refund back. Ordered items at the beginning of May and I’m STILL waiting for my refund of €112. Poor customer service. Having to pay to send it back all because of their poor size guide. Taking advantage of people and think they will forget to follow up on returns.

No Human Response - Poor Customer Service
Ordered from White Fox 2 days ago and accidentally selected my old address. I realised immediately and contacted customer service within minutes of placing the order.
At the time, my order was still showing as unfulfilled. I emailed twice and also sent a chat message requesting an address change. The only responses I received were automated messages stating that changes could not be guaranteed.
Despite contacting them before the order was processed, I received no response from a human customer service representative. Two days later, my order has been dispatched to the incorrect address.
I understand that mistakes happen and that companies have policies, but what has been most disappointing is the complete lack of customer support. There was no meaningful response to my emails or chat messages, despite me trying multiple times to resolve the issue before dispatch.
For a £60 order, I expected at least a reply from a member of the customer service team. Instead, I was left with automated responses and no assistance.
Very frustrating experience.

My Favs
I don’t tend to leave reviews but I find myself going back to white fox time and time again for a few reasons:
Next day delivery is always on time, and is usually free when you spend above a certain amount
Although i don’t love having to pay for returns, i usually choose store credit as an option if i do need to return anything which adds extra on to your credit, and i don’t mind paying to send items back for a refund as delivery is usually free
Whenever i do send items back I get my refund or store credit issued very quickly without having to chase it up, and i always get a reply from customer service really fast too if there is ever any issues
Love the quality of the items, wish they were a little cheaper but there is always discount codes
Loyalty points!!! I realised you can get vouchers for loyalty, went to check and I had a £10 voucher as id ordered from there a lot, only thing is you can’t use this if you’re using store credit which is annoying

Stay Away!!!
This site is set up to make one click buy especially if you have a shop app account. This was the first time purchase from the site and first I had every experienced anything like this. I was trying to review my order and the next thing you know I accidently click on check out and it goes straight to purchasing. The site does not allow you to cancel and will not refund your original form of payment. The company will only issue store credit.
I would never purchase from them again.
