💕 Martyna 💕 gave awesome customer service and fully resolved the issue with missing items very smoothly and efficiently. They have great communication skills which are kind, clear and concise. I am very impressed with their resolution and have now built trust with the White Fox team. They have proven that things can be resolved and I will pass this onto friends and family. I highly recommend Martyna as they are the best and I hope they receive a pay rise as they have a flare for working with customers to resolve any issues as best they can. Very disappointing product
My daughter ordered 2 tracksuits, that were expensive by comparison to locally available equivalents. They were totally disappointing.
The fabric felt like a product from Temu. It pilled terribly in the first wear and wash.
The sizing between the pants and top felt unmatched.
Our family will not buy from White Fox again. Very disappointed and felt ripped off.

I accidently selected the wrong shipping address but the customer service representative, Elise, was extremely helpful in getting that corrected post-purchase.
