I recently bought an oversized hoodie and matching pants Daydreamer Madeline in 3xs/xxs of the hoodie but it’s way to small, as the elastic at the bottom is not elastic at all, last time we ordered a hoodie in the size up it was way to big. I contacted customer service and explained that all I want to do is swap the size of the hoodie for the next size up, but they want me to send the hoodie back and get a credit which I will also have to pay for shipping and then buy the item again in the next size up. I already bought this, I don’t want to buy it again, I just want to swap the size. The sizes are so inconsistent, it’s so frustrating. Yes my daughter loves this brand and I have purchased many, many things from this company, but enough is enough and I will not be buying anything else from here.

Customer service was amazing nice and friendly.
Communication was fast and to fix the issue I had they were straight onto it.

Love love love the tan, would not buy anything else ever again.

Poppy was great, I was so stressed my parcel wouldn’t come in time and she followed up and answered any questions and kept me in the loop and MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED ! No complaints whatsoever 💝

Customer service communication was great and a swift solution to my issue

Such a helpful company, obviously one that cares about its customers. I had ordered a top for my bday celebrations from another company and when it hadn’t arrived 2 weeks later I panicked and went onto white fox ordering a top at 11pm on a Thursday with next day delivery. I seen on their website that the dispatch days may take longer, so emailed them at 11pm that night explaining my situation and that I know it would be a longshot but could they please try get it to me for my bday on Saturday. I got an email back at about 11.30pm saying they understood my stress and would do the best they can. On Friday night I get an email saying it would be with me the next day and it was with me on Saturday before noon. The tops were stunning and such good quality, completely saved me on my birthday.

Not greatsent dresses back but they take 6.00 off suppose for return surely this could be better

Fantastic service,ordered last night and arrived the next day,lovely items,my daughter is obsessed with anything whitefox and its all perfect.

When checking the tracking of my order I noticed the courier company were sending my order back to White Fox. I was furious as these were gifts for my daughter . I contacted customer care with my problem and within no time Deri, the customer care agent had my issue resolved by giving me the option of refund or reorder if items were available. So helpful and patient. Excellent customer service.

Clothes are amazing quality! Had to contact customer services about a mix up with returns portal. They listened, understood, communication was really clear and responded within good time

Talking about the collection, they are so thoughtful that you have mostly all kinds of clothing, for vacation, for parties, for casual comfy wears. and also the team is so responsive.

white fox actually answered and helped me but sadly didn’t inform me if i can get sent PR,getting PR from white fox would literally be my dream but other then that it’s been amazingx.

I cannot fault the customer service team at white fox boutique, I recently had an issue regarding a returns label so contacted WF. Olesya was so helpful and efficient and resolved my issue in a timely manner. The quality of clothes is also really good, I would recommend them and I will continue to shop here :)

I have needed to contact White Fox customer service on two occasions now regarding seperate issues. They are consistently swift in their response, actually read your message, are really friendly, very efficient along with going above and beyond expectations with consideration and thoughtful solutions. If only all high end companies like White Fox could match the quality of their customer service with their goods. Exceptional customer care!

💕 Martyna 💕 gave awesome customer service and fully resolved the issue with missing items very smoothly and efficiently. They have great communication skills which are kind, clear and concise. I am very impressed with their resolution and have now built trust with the White Fox team. They have proven that things can be resolved and I will pass this onto friends and family. I highly recommend Martyna as they are the best and I hope they receive a pay rise as they have a flare for working with customers to resolve any issues as best they can.
