Scary return mistake was no biggie
One of the bikinis I ordered was too big on me so I had to return it and mistakenly sent WF a return meant for a different store. Ann was a god send, her customer service was the best I have ever had both in person and online. She was so patient and helped me through every step to ensure we could take care of it. She solved the problem and I can confidently say WF is setting the bar for online shopping customer service. BEYOND thankful for their help, no doubt I would shop here again.

If you read the sizing chart, have the correct size, and just don’t like how it fits. You’re not getting your money back.

Very poor quality and disappointing…
Very poor quality and disappointing customer service.
My item fell apart during its first wear, yet White Fox claimed this was “general wear and tear” rather than a fault. Apparently it’s considered normal for their clothing to fall apart on the first wear.
I’ve also previously bought jumpers from them that washed terribly and developed marks that wouldn’t come out.
After reading other reviews, it seems many customers have had similar experiences with poor quality and being told faults are somehow “normal” wear and tear.
They eventually offered a 50% refund or store credit, but for me it’s about the principle. Clothing falling apart on first wear is not normal and consumers should expect products to be of acceptable quality and durability.
Report to Fair Trading and ACCC as their policies are against consumer rights.

Awful/non existent customer service and…
Awful/non existent customer service and some items are extremely poor quality. Spent over $200, 2 of the items arrived with broken zips. The sizing chart differs wildly from the sizes received, which under the laws stipulated on ACCC, this constitutes a fault however they do not care and refuse to refund. I'm stuck with $200 worth of items that I have no use for - I didn't even want a refund I just requested an exchange to non broken items and correct sizes but they literally break the law and just refuse. So disappointing as my daughter absolutely loves the clothes she has from there but won't be buying again sadly. Ripping off single mums like $200 is a lot of money for most people it's just horrible to do this to people.

My package was unfortunately lost because of the courier, and since they weren’t much help white fox support offered to send over a replacement! I was super happy about it, especially since it was my first time ordering from here. They were super helpful, quick at responding, and understanding!
