I was obliged to write to the company regarding my product purchase. I received a prompt response from James, who went out of his way to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Superb customer service.

I still haven’t received my teeth whiting kit after nearly 2 months & numerous emails, they don’t respond to emails , awful customer service , wouldn’t recommend at all

I have emailed this company twice about my order. I’m still waiting

Ehhhh, what to say? The trays aren't very good at moulding especially on the bottom teeth so it does little to nothing for me on the bottom teeth however I can see it working on the top teeth for this I must knock a few stars of but I've ordered another set of trays and will give it another go (3rd time lucky)

The charcoal powder toothpaste is excellent and has certinally whitened my teeth in the ~ 3 months I've been using it highly recommend giving this a go.

Overall good, but if you're expecting to have shiney pearly white teeth these aren't the product(s) you need but if you're just hoping to get your teeth a few shades whiter then give it a go 👍

EDIT 2// After not received any notification of shipping for days I changed my review to a one star, shortly after this I received a email from a lovely lady named Hannah who explained the reason they didn't ship out the molds yet which was because they wanted to contact me regarding the 3 star review I initially left here, many companies don't like negative feedback and it can be shown via there attitude towards you however Hannah was very professional throughout and shipped the molds and also gave me a refund for them, on top of this also sent me out some more of the charcoal powder (I still want to pay for this!)

The customer service I have been given was second to none and they really do seem to want to keep there customers happy. Just for this you deserve 5* imo.

I've tried a few other teeth whitening kits and none worked well for me... I saw that someone recommended Whitecure on Facebook so I tried it for myself and it's the first one where I've actually noticed a difference to my teeth! Would recommend.

I use these teeth whitening kits at my boutique for teeth whitening treatments and the results they give are honestly amazing and completely safe to use no sensitivity etc is a bonus, best teeth whitening kits i’ve used really pleased.

I was wary about ordering a teeth whitening kit online because I didn't think it would work but I really see a difference when I use White Cure. You have to use it a few times but it is great and affordable!

You have to be patient with the process but after 6 applications you really do notice a difference! Just ordered my refills - loved it! Makes me feel so much more confident.
