They screen shot my troll that I designed and I sold at my store. I designed her and these scammers they copy and pasted on their site. I wrote them a message that stated,

This message serves as formal notice regarding the unauthorized use of my original artwork and product images, specifically the troll figure and crystal piece that I personally designed, created, and documented.

I am the sole creator and owner of the original design, sketches, crystal work, and the accompanying certificate that includes detailed information and images, my signature, the name of the Troll and that date I finshed her. These item was legally sold at my store, where I had my listing on Mercari and I took it down.
The buyer is in possession of the authentic, original product she saw it at my store and felt it she has it even with the printed image of what it showed.

I have evidence that my images and work were copied without permission and reposted on another site for sale. This constitutes unauthorized use, intellectual property infringement, and misrepresentation of ownership.

I am requesting the immediate removal of any listings, images, or descriptions that use my work without permission. Failure to comply may result in further action, including reporting the infringement to the appropriate platforms, legal authorities, and relevant agencies.

This message is not a threat—it is a formal demand for the misuse of my intellectual property to stop immediately. I expect confirmation that the infringing content has been removed.

Whit carole is a scam site. You will not receive anything. They use adds from other people's listing.

Everything has been delivered as agreed, no issues with payments or recieved goods, always polite and frindly tone when speaking to them.

Huge waste of time and poor customer service. The website said it would deliver to the U.K and gave me shipping rates. Had to wait around 5 days without them dispatching anything and send a follow up email asking what's going on only to then have my order cancled and then was told they don't ship to the U.K?!? I saw someone below mention this 2 years ago and they still haven't fixed it? First and last time using them. Bad website and poor customer service!

They have now removed my google review marking it as "Defamation" even though it was NOT and I just listed exactly what happened to me..it seems they are trying to fake themselves to a high google review score and are using fake Defamation claims to get them taken down. I have all proof of everything, emails, the review (which is not rude, insulting or containing defamation) and the fake claim of defamation they made to google. This is really showing what kind of company they are now and it's not good.

dont recommend. first tjey say they send throw dhl and once it arrive in my country it was passed over to local mailing service. worst part the package was destroyed and never delivered. so now i habe to wait for local post office to resent thar package to them and then get a refund. thats horrible service and be warned about that. wont use then again.

Reduse to answer blame blame always others snd camt ship. Everybody use foam to float they thos it in the bag

I have made like 10 orders now. Gear, Fish and Corals. Everything has arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Make sure to dip your corals. Can highly recommend this company!!

I have used them in the past and i would say i have no problem with service/corals etc.

I have after having my order cancelled on me and after a few days told this is because they can no longer deliver to the UK. I asked them to remove this from their site as it is misleading.

After 3 months now of asking they still have not removed this from their site nor left a disclaimer that they do not deliver to the UK.

For this 1 star. Not right for someone else to have their money stuck in the system for 5 days waiting for the refund.

Best online shop I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. I’m from Italy and here we don’t have any shop which can be trusted due to incompetent and very rude employees.

White Corals is a whole different planet, I’m still amazed by how competent and professional and kind the employees are. I wish we had a shop even half good than this in Italy.
