Would have appreciated warning of shipment and tax costs.

WA site is easy to use and customer services are always clear and precise in their answers.

Delivery was always incredibly fast, and the bottles were always very well packaged. Last but not least, it's really convenient that you can bid on EU lots from an EU country.

Only positive experience, great cooperation, reasonable shipping cost.

Terrible organisation.
Lots of hidden charges you're not made aware of before the auction, commission, breakage assurance etc
I received my whisky with damage to the box.
I was then informed that the breakage assurance doesn't cover packaging!
I am now having legal advice because the company have refused a refund

The site and range of whiskey is good and user experience is fine, Even the customer service is good. Problem here is charging £30-40 for shipping from UK to UK or EU to UK when the average cost is between 10 to 15 with most other auction sites. Fix this madness and 4.5 ⭐ would be given.

Top-notch. Repeat buyer. But I should say horrible company so nobody bids against me!!

Simple website to use and some great products on offer. Simple bidding process with clear communication. Just ensure you check properly where your item is located as bidding abroad comes with heavy shipping prices.

Really great selection, service and whilst I read criticism of fees it's all fair and transparent if you pay attention to what you are bidding on and where it is.
