Sends " Do Not Reply " notices. Contacted Naina in Whisky Auction shipping who escalated and with patience ( and clout ) managed to sort out
I have bought from WA for a few years. Always superbly wrapped and packaged and despatched promptly by WA.

Initially obtained a valuation which I was happy with and decided to deliver my bottle for auction personally. I was kept abreast of events by email. Eventually my bottle sold at auction for well over the estimate and I received prompt payment.
